I assume you're referring to the immigrant visa, and not the tourist visa. Possible reasons can include (but are not limited to) criminal issues, prior immigration fraud, and multiple prior illegal entries into the US.

Hello!! My parents made there visit to US last year tho there I 130 was in process..they left within 2 months and now They got there case number and immigration interview date in India!! My question is Can they have a visit to USA having there interview in India and leave soon?
