Across Utah: Behind the Rocks Hike, Moab 2012

Three-day backpacking trip through the Behind the Rocks region outside of Moab, Utah. I only took my pocket camera on this outing, so the the format of this video is a little different than my other trips. This hike took place in October of 2012.

Nice video. Did you not see the Snake solstice panel? You walked right past it. It was where you saw all the social trails that you hiked down. Also there is a route into hunter canyon. It is a couple hundred yards downstream from the pour off on the west side. There are some Moki steps.

+Dean Hill No, unfortunately not. I know I was close, but I didn't know exactly where it was located. The spot I thought it was... it wasn't. So, another trip I guess.

Thanks. Nope -- over all the years, I've never seen a cougar. I've seen the tracks on several occasions though.
