Did not plan on posting this one already but here ya go haha. Small rectivication: Its probably not a Osteolemus but P. trigonatus. And the latirostris is spectacled (sign said different) And possibly not V. prasinus but V. reisingeri. Also it is spelled horridum (not horridium)😂 Thanks all for the comments and input :)
Went there several years ago on my last trip to Germany. The whole zoo is amazing. But of course it was awesome seeing the reptiles and amphibians there.
@@terrariumchannel zootierliste is an site that you can find specific animals and if a zoo has them. Its made by zoo visitors so not all zoos that have an animal are on the site. But it is often accurate.
This sad and uplifting and same time. Sad, because the Budapest zoo is in horrible conditions compared to any other zoo actually. You don't know what I would give for a reptile section like this one.

Those exhibits excellent.
Fantastic collection and well presented in this video. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks! Glad it adds something :)
Good stuff!!! Hope to see you in the States someday 🤘
Next summer I will be a few weeks on Eastcoast trip :)
@@terrariumchannel 🥳🎈🎉 That's awesome!!! Can't wait for the details 😀
Cool vid
Thank you Noah :)
I guess the Varanus prasinus was a reisingeri. Looked quite yellow.
Thanks for the input. Will check!
11:33 Rhacophurs/Zhangixalus dennysi
Thanks!
Also at the end it's not a caiman latirostris it's a caiman crocodilus cleary. Keep up with the good job👊🏻
Very nice video ! Thank you. I just discovered the channel :) So no more Corucia zebrata at Berlin zoo ??
i saw the best tetrapod to exist, tuatara, in the thumbnail and i clicked faster than the speed of light
😁
There's no Osteolaemus tetraspis on the vid lol that is a smooth fronted caiman - Paleosuchus trigonatus
Haha I was doubting so much on that one. Not a croc person at all. Thanks for the rectivication.
Don't know any other Zoo with Sphenodon. When I was the last time at Berlin Zoo they where hidden :(
I think chester zoo has them too, not 100% sure about that tho
A little far away but The Toledo Zoo has them 👍
It sure was a nice suprice as I did not knew they would be there.

interesting , even the zoo copy the euro style design of ventilation in their enclosure
Well Berlin is in Europe ;) :p
Many zoos have this style indeed. Sometimes in a less obvious way but almost always "double ventilation" as we call it.
