    Mad respect. I found keeping up with the dieting way harder than working out. Working out is 2 hours a day of pain. Dieting is all day long feeling like shit and constantly checking the clock to see how long till your next meal. Also not being able to sleep and if you do waking up a couple of hours later because of the hunger, truly sucks lol

      At day 6 just sipping on water. On day 7 some easy fast digesting carbs which won't blow your stomach up. Sipping on water, but only sipping

    No ones talking about this and I hope this makes sense... once you gain the amount of muscle and leanness you’re happy with, how do you stay at that state and gain maturity in your muscles? Should you still practice progressive overload to age the muscle and make it look strong dense and mature? Any thoughts on this?

      @@mrSErgezen He does that because he can see the little changes in weight better. Since pounds is almost twice as much as kg, you can spot a decrease or increase in weight much more easily.

    im 1 year into my cut and i have definitely lost my own character, energy, i just dont feel like myself, also nothing is exciting to me anymore. My calories aren't too low nor am i over training, i guess its just the length of time eh

    I wish you could include more scientific and physiologic background in your videos. Explain to us why glycogen holds water, why eating sugar makes you look more buff after a week of cutting, why keep fats low etc.

    how don't you have nausea after working out on a empty stomach? i don't understand because i've done it multiple times including today and felt like throwing up in the middle and after the workout for 2 hours. no im not fat im fairly leaned.

    Cutting off water...... Pours milk into frosties. Water is essential for bringing carbs into the muscle. It shouldn't be cut out too early.

    U legit have the physique I’m longing for, I’m currently around 140lbs(terrible genetics for sure since my body fat mostly stores on my abdomen so no abs at all) and 5’7. Just started hitting the gym again. How long is it gonna take to get your kind of physique?
