Helluva diet.lol if i ate that i would have an even bigger beer belly, but i dont do lot of cardio.lol Bread is the last thing i want to eat if i want to burn fat...but i still eat it. Bread also makes me even hungrier when i eat it. Major food momemntum food. Thought to burn fat, u want protein and good fats and keep insulin lower. And high glycemic foods are out.

@@cameron2900x I think we have different ideas about what a shit ton is. I ate 5,000 calories at day at 225 lbs and an 8% body fat. When I cut, I had my gallon water bottle that I was drinking 8 of in the opening week. By the end of the cut (8-10 weeks), I was eating around 1,200 to 1,500 calories a day and dehydrating myself for 12-15 hours in the final phase.
I was down to 199-200 lbs, my skin was translucent, and I had feathering across my lower back. I was happy to see the aesthetics that proved both my growth and definition from the 138 lb high school senior I was when I started, but it sucked.
Bodybuilding and physique can be a bit ridiculous in the sense that I was already ripped out of my mind at 225. There wasn't a real need for me to purge every last bit of fat to look like one of those anatomy charts where only muscle shows. That's the culture, though.

Hey Greg...loving your channel. I've been binge watching your videos but got a lot left to go. I want to recommend a recipe that looks like something you'd like. My relatives offered something similar to this in their restaurant but I tweaked it to make it high protein/low calorie:
Chicken Tzatziki Wrap
- Any one of those low cal protein wraps
- Chicken breast (grilled or cooked on the stove)
- Tzatziki made with greek yogurt (just add maybe 1 tsp of olive oil, lemon juice, chopped cucumber, salt and pepper all to taste)
- Lettuce and/or any other veggies you like
- Smother with practically any hot sauce (I'm just using Franks buffalo right now but there are a lot of better ones out there)
Obviously you would adjust the amounts to your calorie needs. It gets messy but its delicious and making it easy for me to cut.

Dealt with some injuries over the years and have some serious weight to lose. I really like you philosophy on weight loss and have recently hopped on your style of diet. Always been naturally one of the strongest and most athletic people I know but need to cut about 50-to 60lbs to get where I want to be. I thought I'd drop my pancake recipe here since using it to make waffles is less labor intensive than making french toast. I prep this in a 45 oz shaker bottle and it makes 5 waffles in my waffle iron:
340g Greek 0% yogurt
316g Egg Beaters
44g MyProtein Canadian Maple Whey
144g Kodiak Cake Powder
132 mL Fairlife 0% milk
2/3 tsp baking powder
2/3 tsp vanilla extract
Total (982.7g): 1113 kcal, 110c (14 fiber), 9f, 148p, 1922 sodium, 14mg cholesterol, 27g sugar
Serving (196.5g): 222.6 kcal, 22c (2.8 fiber), 1.8f, 29.6p, 384.4 sodium, 2.8mg chol, 5.4g sugar
I then nuke some frozen blueberries mixed with Walden farms syrup and drizzle it on top.

@2Black I'd replace it with another 1/3 tsp baking powder (1 tsp total) and some other flour analog. You could use coconut flour to keep it even lower calorie or use almond flour, wheat flour, oat flour, or a combination.

@@wonniethepoop7856 Yes, but volume and speed it takes to eat it also counts, 100g of popcorn takes longer to eat that 100 grams of a soft mass you eat that doesn't weigh down your stomach at all (in my opinion), popcorn takes a while to eat and weighs down your stomach so it makes you full.
