I picture this in a prequel. Oogway's master, an old and wise dragon, the last dragon in existence, telling Oogway that it's his time. "Little Shelled one... Do not cry... I have accomplished all I'd hoped to and more... Now it is your turn... Lead them... Lead them and train a new generation... And when your time comes, we can meet again..." Then he burns away in a beautiful green and blue flame
Oogway A true master who understood life and the value of it beyond any understanding any of us will ever have. Sad part is that is just a fictional character that demonstrated more humanity than most humans currently in control or power over us.

I feel like the entire Kung Fu Panda trilogy is all about the spiritual mind and focus on mental ways that help you through life. The first, is about never giving up despite there being no answer, for it is you, that is the answer. The second one is that no matter how your life started, you are what you are. I don't know about the third one but I assume is that no matter how much you're in a struggle you have to make way for your friends to help.
I think the third one is all about Oogway’s line: “The more you take, the less you have.” As well as when Po contemplates who he is at the very end. There are parts of yourself you don’t understand or don’t really like, and like Kai, you’ll want to force changes to yourself. But changing your identity leaves you more lost than less. Accept who you are, faults and all. Don’t change yourself, but find ways you can help others. At least that’s how I see it.
the way i look at it, the third one is about being you. It doesnt matter who you are or what you can do, because no matter what you will always be the "you"-est you that'll ever be.

the continuation by Zac Dragon: Oogway: so in your universe, all of the balance is protected by the avatar Uncle Iroh: yes, the avatar brings order between the four nations and the spirit world Yoda: 100-year war, was there you said Uncle Iroh: unfortunately there was, the fire nation grew to power-hungry and wanted the world for themselves, I myself was a military general for the fire nation once in my life. Yoda: mistakes, we all make oogway: agreed Uncle Iroh: what about you, have you fought in any extraordinary battles oogway: When I was young, I lead an army with my brother in arms, KAI, but when I mastered chi, he wanted to have it all to himself so I had to banish him to the spirit world. Uncle Iroh: I am sorry to hear that my friend oogway: (nodes to Iroh) Yoda: clone wars there was, many gruesome deaths there had been Uncle Iroh: war is something we all have in common then Oogway: yes, but that is part of the universe, no one wants leaves on their pathways but yet there will always be leaves, if you try to barricade the pathways from the leaves with walls then you take away the beauty and life the paths had in the first place, the only thing you can do is to clean the pathways and do your best to make sure it is as beautiful and free it can possible be. Uncle Iroh: of course, you are a master of the mind and soul indeed Yoda: indeed, he is Uncle Iroh: now then, would any of you like to play Pai sho? Oogway: sounds like fun Yoda: hmmm, how interesting, to play how? Uncle Iroh: allow me to teach you, my dear friends Oogway: even as a master, there are still things I can be taught, the universe is an incredible place. Uncle Iroh: the incredible thing is, is that there are more than one universe Oogway and Yoda: indeed prophet of regret arrives: can I join? Oogway, Yoda and Iroh: NO!!! Yoda: get lost you must or force choke I will use Prophet of regret: GODDAMMIT!!!
Kung Fu Panda has to have the best soundtrack I've ever heard in any movie, and whenever I hear Oogway's theme in like anything I start crying. It's amazingly put together, peaceful, y'know?
this music is unparalleled in beauty and makes me cry with listening almost every time. it reminds me of the hardships of life, the triumph of success, and most importantly: how monumentally vital it is to love your family and friends and make the most of every single waking second of your life.
Master Oogway, Sensei Wu, Uncle Iroh, Yoda, and Master Splinter all have their own aesthetic. I don’t know what it’s called, but it’s gotta be my favorite.

YES JUST YES! I FIRST WATCHED KUNG FU PANDA WHEN I WAS MAYBE 8 OR 9 I INSTANTLY LOVED OOGWAY'S THEME AND SEARCHED FOR IT ON UA-cam: I NEVER REALLY FOUND IT UNTIL NOW!
Listening to this, I felt a breeze through my hair. I smelled the balmy scent of purple leaves falling from a slim tree, it’s branches peering off of a grassy ledge. I felt like I was watching the sun, a dimming sphere of light, hide behind a massive body of water that rippled gently. I felt peace. I felt... an inner sense of security. Like nothing else mattered but the serenity that turned the sky a beautiful purple. If only we are given more chances in this society to feel this in our daily lives. To look into ourselves and find that calmness, and make it eternal. As a kid, I loved this movie for the action. As an adult, I love this movie for the secret to a Master’s mind, and a warrior’s heart.
Life is like a window. A window has 2 opposite sides when in place, a negative and positive. You mustnt stay in the positive only for you'll cloud yourself in a fantasy, an illusion. One must not stay in the negative for they live in only Misery and misfortune. For one to find true balance in life, one must open the window and be a bridge. And become neutral with the world. For one must accept both and continue. (I thought of this when I was in a car)

@@logiknotlogic6586 I asked how to your reply not why to the op's comment -_-
@@morning5tarr how to stop turtles from eating plastics? i dont know. theres millions of tons of plastic in the ocean and theres nothing we can do about it other than reducing the plastic that gets dumped in the ocean. Also 80% of all garbage in the ocean are accumulated in hotspots. i dont see how hard it wud be to take a giant net and take all that plastic out. but the main problem is microplastics from synthetic clothes. these kills phytoplankton which are earths largest source of oxygen(close to 60%).
Even here in 2023, it's still an absolute masterpiece! Here's to endless more years of amazing soundtracks!
The picture literally screams “I cannot make it blossom when it suits me or make it bare fruit before its time.”
1:55 - 2:30 the soundtrack of Kai destroying the jade palace, its amazing
Marty McFly my jaw dropped when I saw that scene in theaters
Who knew something like that could be so emotional when we see buildings destroyed all the time in movies now
Juliette Elton my jaw dropped as well from that scene. Not from the jade palace getting destroyed, but oogway’s statue falling down the stairs
Oogway falling downstairs was touching. Bad that they wasted Kai like that, he was super badass and OP before meeting Po. Died off like some Tai Lung
@@nursmalik6024 I think it's because the second movie was "too dark" so they tried to lighten it up in the third
Yes. That sound was from behind the speakers. Extreme vibration sound.
Been sitting in intense anxiety all day and as I'm about to go to bed, I stumbled onto this piece. It's been years since I last heard the KFP score and wow. My body almost immediately relaxed. I think I'm gonna have this on repeat as I fall asleep.
“If you only do what you can do, you’ll never be more than what you are now.” ~master shifu (kung fu panda 3 btw)
Probably the most inspirational quote I’ve ever heard in an animation.
I can't imagine a world with Hans Zimmer or a world without this movie
the continuation by Zac Dragon:
Oogway: so in your universe, all of the balance is protected by the avatar
Uncle Iroh: yes, the avatar brings order between the four nations and the spirit world
Yoda: 100-year war, was there you said
Uncle Iroh: unfortunately there was, the fire nation grew to power-hungry and wanted the world
for themselves, I myself was a military general for the fire nation once in my life.
Yoda: mistakes, we all make
oogway: agreed
Uncle Iroh: what about you, have you fought in any extraordinary battles
oogway: When I was young, I lead an army with my brother in arms, KAI, but
when I mastered chi, he wanted to have it all to himself so I had to banish him to
the spirit world.
Uncle Iroh: I am sorry to hear that my friend
oogway: (nodes to Iroh)
Yoda: clone wars there was, many gruesome deaths there had been
Uncle Iroh: war is something we all have in common then
Oogway: yes, but that is part of the universe, no one wants leaves on their pathways
but yet there will always be leaves, if you try to barricade the pathways from the leaves with walls then
you take away the beauty and life the paths had in the first place, the only thing you can
do is to clean the pathways and do your best to make sure it is as beautiful and free it can
possible be.
Uncle Iroh: of course, you are a master of the mind and soul indeed
Yoda: indeed, he is
Uncle Iroh: now then, would any of you like to play Pai sho?
Oogway: sounds like fun
Yoda: hmmm, how interesting, to play how?
Uncle Iroh: allow me to teach you, my dear friends
Oogway: even as a master, there are still things I can be taught, the universe
is an incredible place.
Uncle Iroh: the incredible thing is, is that there are more than one universe
Oogway and Yoda: indeed
prophet of regret arrives: can I join?
Oogway, Yoda and Iroh: NO!!!
Yoda: get lost you must or force choke I will use
Prophet of regret: GODDAMMIT!!!
And then Splinter shows up: Any tea left guys.

the music has so much emotion and power. Unbelievable. I cried 8 times at the illusion of control part. and the violin makes me cry sometimes too.
Simply beautiful. I have no words.

Glorious and full of feelings, man what an excelent job with the compilation.
Wow!!!! I fail to know how I have lived my life without listening to your arrangements, thanks for sharing your talent with us.
this music makes me remenber my entire childhood... love it so much
Ciber Tron89 OMG that’s exactly me
I agree with you.
One of the most moving and beautiful pieces of music ever. I almost cry when listening and remembering all the heart this movie had.
Shifu: Do you want to learn Kung Fu!
Po: Yeah!
Shifu: Then I am, your master.
Po: Okay!
Shifu: Don't cry.
Po: okay.
Perfectly encapsulates how the viewer feels

Master Oogway, Sensei Wu, Uncle Iroh, Yoda, and Master Splinter all have their own aesthetic. I don’t know what it’s called, but it’s gotta be my favorite.

Soul touching theme ever in the history of animated series and oggway no words most amazing character his wisdom is beyond.
Humble, calm, yet powerful and uplifting. Just like the character himself.

Today is a gift thats why its called a present
My people's culture is interesting to a lot. I'm glad the creators decided to make a movie about this
Animated Airlines I love your culture.I find peace when I hear such soundtrack.I always watch CGTN channel on TV.Your culture is also close to my culture.
I made a video essay on Kung Fu Panda and how it uses Chinese Philosophy to tell a message on my channel!
YES JUST YES! I FIRST WATCHED KUNG FU PANDA WHEN I WAS MAYBE 8 OR 9 I INSTANTLY LOVED OOGWAY'S THEME AND SEARCHED FOR IT ON UA-cam: I NEVER REALLY FOUND IT UNTIL NOW!
Give it a like then.
@@ZhongGoodman woops😅
Woops what?
Awwwww!!! So true! I totally understand you. U almost made me cry💖💖💖💖

4:30 when two smart kids have two different answers and then one smart win the argument with the other smart kid.
A beautifully arranged and interpreted suite, great job!! One of my favorite themes of all time.
Oogway is very much one of my favorite characters
Meditating to this is insane its like i've literally shaked hands with buddha
One often meets his destiny on the path he takes to avoid it
This and How to train your dragon's "Test drive" are just the best soundtracks for me. One for adventure/friendship, and the other wisdom/peace.
