Best history narrator with the best content and most accurate. Found Dr. Felton by accident. I've learned what I never knew even to look for! Unbelievable how he has the names of all Germans on their missions.
My father was a captain in the U.S. Army Medical Corps in 1945, stationed at Walter Reed Hospital, just outside of Washington, D.C. At the time, he was given two copies of X-rays of Hitler's skull by a colleague, who, I believe, was in a photography unit. My father passed them on to me. One of them is a copy of what Dr. Felton shows here in his fine documentary. I showed them to an eminent historian of Nazi Germany, and he told me they were probably copies made for the U.S. Army for a report on Hitler that they compiled (What I don't understand is that they are on that thick, plasticized, transparent X-ray material, not photographic paper.) I offered them to an auction house specializing in WWII memorabilia, but they weren't interested. How surprising, then, to see an image of one of them here.
I remember showing your videos to one of my WW2 veterans a while ago. He loved watching them (I had to really crank up the volume, as he was a combat veteran and hard of hearing). Thank you Mark and congratulations.

An indie UA-camr discovered and filmed the Amber Room but he didn't steal it. Good because Hitler is a vampire who's still alive and still commands the German military's black ops. I'm sure. The Amber Room appears to be in good condition still. It would be a terrible waste if it simply succumbed to the elements.

Cannot get enough of your videos. For the last month, I've been on a WW2 history tear in an effort to learn more about my grandfathers experience. One thing I did learn, he was involved in the last incident that cost US Navy sailor lives officially during the US involvement in the war. It was a collision between his ship, the Nashbulk, and another ship... the Saint Mihel. He struggled with that experience his whole life. He had made something liker 19 trans-atlantic trips during his time in the Navy and Merchant Marines, only to be nearly taken out because of some heavy fog.
I have an extensive WW2 library, yet time and time again I learn new and fascinating facts from Mark Felton. And not just facts, but wonderful perspective. Thank you Mark and congratulations.

Mr. Felton, Congratulations on this enormous achievement. Your work is a great contribution to society and I thank you for dedicating so much time to thoughtfully documenting historical events.
Highly curious on what these documents were all about. Curious to know what Hitler wanted to prove to the world post war. Would be fascinating to understand the thoughts behind his whole regime.
There was unlikely to be anything of world-shattering public interest. Regarding the notes of his pronouncements, he was a delusional man who talked a great deal of rubbish and considered his thoughts to be the only ones that mattered. He was prone to rant and ramble for hours, was in denial about losing, blamed everyone else but himself for the same defeat he denied, and frankly, what can be known about him and his motives are already well enough known. The documents would be of material and forensic historical interest but likely little else unless they implicated persons as yet unidentified in the crimes of the regime. Perhaps the biggest shame is that the dental X-rays went missing - having them would have stamped on a lot of conspiracy theorists' strawberries.
" The victor gets to write the history"... and that's the problem with most "documented" history. The reason Mr Felton's channel is so popular is because what is presented is free of any mythologizing, propaganda, political agendas, ets. He's not a side-taker. We get a most in-depth understanding of what war really is. It's war served straight up. I do dig it!
I don't get this. There's so many different airline choices in the UK, so what's wrong with having a cheap option? You don't have to use it if you don't want to, right?

Married the British officer who interrogated her.
Intelligence officer: First question. Are you available?
Else Krüger: Ja.
"So, how did you meet ?"
"It's a long and boring story. I like your dress."
And now he has been interrogated ever since.
Typical woman.
@JD Cigaretten mein frau?....ja, dunke schatz.
Else Kruger: Haben Sie etwas zu essen?
I don’t know why, but I really like the intro pic with the storm troopers. It’s just so genuine
Absolutely brilliant Mark. Congratulations on 1 million subscribers my friend you deserve it. Keep up the good work brother you do us a service and may your success continue.
One possibility not mentioned is the Soviets wound up with the files and they're still some where in Russia.
That's what I'm thinking most likely happened too.
Or soviet destroyed them
@@tylerphipps5295 Unlikely that they'd have destroyed them. They had orders to keep their eyes open for documents & information that could assist, as well as esoteric knowledge that I'm sure Stalin wanted to get his hands on.
Perhaps they were buried in the cemetery where other people in the crash were. It'd be easy to have 1 extra unidentified victim interred.
I ask again, there are still some, WHERE in Russia.
Wait how di you get to One MILLION?
I'm so confused but at the same time so proud of you.
Thank you for telling us all of this stories that without you nobody could've learn about.
Thanks
Mark, thank you so much for both your perfect narration and spotless research of WWII.
Your postings are flawless and are also a pleasure to view.
HOW DID YOU GET THIS AMAZING INFORMATION.
It's just crazy how you don't have more viewers, you should have a show about true history.
Greetings from Western Australia. Thanks for sharing on youtube.
Who needs reality TV or any other kind of TV? We have Mark Felton!!
You're a treasure, Mark, thank you for your work.
Outstanding documentaries. Always a pleasure watching.
Been here since 500 subs! Congrats Dr Felton!
8:20 That footage was from my local air show last year. That Ju 52 is an impressive aircraft.
I have an extensive WW2 library, yet time and time again I learn new and fascinating facts from Mark Felton. And not just facts, but wonderful perspective. Thank you Mark and congratulations.
Congrats, Mark! 🥳
Historian Mark Felton certainly doesn't look like I imagined historians would look like. Old, bald, fat, grey hair and big glasses.
It's nice to see that there are also young people that has a passion for history like I do.
Another fascinating and thought-provoking item, Dr Felton.
You never fail to unearth these gems of history to keep us all enthralled!
Hearty congratulations on achieving an incredible one million subscribers.
Best wishes from Wallasey!
I knew there was a reason I should log on before bed. Wonderful, a bedtime story.
This is honestly one of the best channels on youtube, keep up the amazing work! 👍
Keep up The good work mark! I’ve Been a subscriber for about a year now, and Im incredibly grateful for your expertise. You shine a light on a largely ignored part of history. Thanks for filling in the gaps.
Damn went from 700k to one mil in weeks! So pleased for Mark! By far the best military historian on UA-cam.
Tripe like this is automatically boosted by UA-cam.
Mr. Felton,
Congratulations on this enormous achievement. Your work is a great contribution to society and I thank you for dedicating so much time to thoughtfully documenting historical events.
Mark Felton is really really good even see him pop up on SKY war documentarys this man knows his stuff highly recommend
Congrats on reaching 1 million Dr Felton !
Now Serving : A million minds expanded 😎
Highly curious on what these documents were all about. Curious to know what Hitler wanted to prove to the world post war. Would be fascinating to understand the thoughts behind his whole regime.
Family pics and documents, personal correspondence and his art
@Mongo Fuckcommies Well spotted.
@@PedroConejo1939 Sounds like your average minister
@Mongo Fuckcommies KGB would like to know your location
" The victor gets to write the history"... and that's the problem with most "documented" history. The reason Mr Felton's channel is so popular is because what is presented is free of any mythologizing, propaganda, political agendas, ets. He's not a side-taker. We get a most in-depth understanding of what war really is. It's war served straight up. I do dig it!
The complete transcript of Elsa Kruger interrogation is probably missing, too.
Didn't that get mistrsnslated as Lady Chatterleys lover?
probably because the smart lady married her way out of the problem
@@idkm8952 spot on
Nice one, haha!
Mark Felton Productions: Hitler's lost secret documents
Warthunder devs: *WRITE THAT DOWN, WRITE THAT DOWN!!!*
Next event: Find the Hitler's lost secret document to craft the wunderwaffe!
The intro music is the school bell us adults need to start the day of learning.
"Marrying the British officer that interrogated her"
Lmao
Pornographic in many ways😁
Resourceful woman
Well played...
Stockholm Syndrome
its like that jurassic park scene "Clever girl"
A taxying aircraft pulled by oxen, to save fuel. Ryanair eat your heart out!
Don’t give them any ideas.
New idea from Ryanair: make the passengers who didn't pay for "luxury" pull the aircraft on the runway
I don't get this. There's so many different airline choices in the UK, so what's wrong with having a cheap option? You don't have to use it if you don't want to, right?
Thats good
@@johnr797 you still don't get it, do you? There's nothing wrong with it being cheap, and if it was just cheap.....
I truly wish Dr. Felton was in charge of programming for a military/history channel. Brilliant, original work. Stories few have heard of.
Mark is good at putting together speculative and unusual squibs, but he's hardly a historian, nor even a journalist. Pull yourself together, Rimshot: this is all tabloid junk.
I must correct my earlier statement a couple weeks back: "THIS was the best video of the year from Dr. Felton!"
Living in Bolivia in the 90's I remember meeting and older german guy that he told us that he was one of the children that was on that plane that surrender to the Americans. It's crazy how many germans escape to Bolivia and most of then to Argentina.
Why is it crazy? I mean do they even form 5 percent of the population
@@noone3272 crazy because they found a safe heaven to hide and live an innocent life. They're criminals. So many were able to be part of those governments such as Klaus Barbie in Bolivia
@@daleblue22 That's a wrong thing to say. Most were innocent civilians fleeing communist terror. They deserved a better life.
Sure some top men left too but still I'm sure most were ordinary German civilians.
Klaus Barbie might have been bad but he plays a role in killing top Latin American communists and was given refugee by Americans.
@@noone3272 hahahaha look at you trying to justify Klaus Barbie aid the Murderous government of Bolivia. As I had mentioned I lived in Bolivia late 80's till late 90's and yeah the US presence over there were really bad. 🤔
@@daleblue22 klaus was put to death in spain.
Congratulations! This is perfect timing as I just watched the Downfall movie.
People who do not subscribe are missing out on learning about true history.
These new videos are superb.
Well done Mark! I'm not surprised to now see you as a Million Man! Cheers to quality unknown history! Cheers to the next Million Subs! Well deserved!!! Gratitude!!!
To me the most interesting part of this episode was learning about the JU 352 & JU 252, which I had no prior knowledge of. And to see all those historical pictures of such a rare aircraft. It's burned into my memory now.
Do you want one? I know a guy ……
5:55 For some reason I always think of those memes where at the end Hitler yells: "Fegelein! Fegelein, Fegelein!!" My personal favorite is the one where Hitler tries Windows 8 and complains it's worse than Windows Vista. :D
That's too much.
Windows Vista makes Xp look like windows 10.
A bit late but I wanted to congratulate you on your 1 million sub achievement. Well deserved!! Your content has been a staple of mine for quite a while and I've enjoyed every second of it. Onwards to 2 million!!
Thank you Dr. Felton!!!
Once again, I say "Thank you" for another excellent presentation. I particularly appreciate the way you say what you know, what you think, what is speculated, but you keep them all distinct and explained to the extent able. It's much different than others who purport themselves to be historians, but much of their work is historical fiction mixed with a few facts. Thank you, sir.
Never heard of a Ju352 before. You always learn something in Mark's channel.
