Wow! I thought, "Oh, she is going to have a lot of blobs," but the way you smoothed them out made beautiful petals! Absolutely gorgeous! I'm going to have to try the eye candy pigment! Thank you for sharing!❤
Thank you, I am sorry I couldn’t extend it to other countries. Right now shipping is a killer. I will do something later for everyone. I really appreciate your support.🤗
Hello from distant Bulgaria! What you are doing is amazing! If you will allow me, I would like to ask something. You say you started work at 38 degrees of resin temperature instead of 41. I watched dozens of videos before yours, in a few of them the authors show that they measure the temperature, but do not explain why... Only in your video it becomes clear to me that there is an important temperature range. My questions are: 1.Does this temperature apply to any epoxies when making pads? 2.Does it matter if thinner or thicker resin or just the temperature? 3.What is the most important thing in making a bloom? Please answer me - you will save me many more sleepless nights watching videos, and more liters of wasted epoxy resin.
Hi there and thank you for watching. I use a 1:1 ratio resin which I believe works best for blooms. I wait for my resin to be at 38 degrees Celsius for I decant into my mold because this helps it thicken slightly. That way the white paste that I use for my blooms won’t immediately sink and make a lot of blobs. This is just the process that works best for me. You will have to play around with your resin to find out what works best. I change the temperature just slightly depending on the time of year. Colder or hotter weather will make the resin cure faster. I hope this helps you. Have a great day.
@@royalriverart Thanks a lot for the answer! So far I've tried 2:1 resin, but apparently that's not the problem. You have given me direction, for which I thank you from the bottom of my heart! Be healthy! ❤
Gorgeous. Just wished you were explaining instead of this music. Like what was the method to when you took that silicone tool I’m assuming that is what it was. Bc you weren’t doing the typical so would have been nice to try to replicate. Especially when you title it a beginner video. There is no way a beginner could try to do this. You didn’t tell them a darn thing about waiting for resin to get warm. Smh
