I do PPC for the local bricklayers union as an apprentice. In 4 working years when I become a Journeyman (4000 hours of working) I will be making 85k a year with yearly raises. I will have an actual pension and many other benefits. This career field has had a shortage of workers for the last 30+ years. Highly recommend other people get into it, if you can handle it physically. On top of that I do a ton of my own investing with my money.
Pointing Caulking Cleaning. But the union has many different types of masons. Bricklayers, blocklayers, stone masons, concrete masons, plaster and stucco. The list goes on

I work at UPS, thought it is very true. But most hiring is in house and even though it’s posted online they don’t hire much. Idk about anywhere else, but I work in Indiana and our hours are being cut hard while having more production. Becoming a driver for UPS though is harder than FedEx and Amazon because we are union and it’s all seniority. They will hire inside before they hire outside most of the time. But is still very possible. Just putting some info out there. Amazing video as always 😌
I bought the insta360 for matterport service, Sony a600 and a drone for photography. I also just passed my real estate exam. Jumping into the real estate industry at the perfect timing (In my opinion)
Just so you know... the average ASSISTANT MANAGER at Walmart makes between $50,000-$60,000/yr (plus bonus depending on store performance). The average STORE MANAGER at Walmart is making $100,000+/yr (plus a potentially HUGE bonus check that could double or triple their salary, based on sales, inventory management/loss prevention numbers/percentages, etc.)
Having the ability to service in your “construction” industry is a HUGE career asset to have. If they’re not building new things and you can repair already existing things plumbing/heating/electrical you will probably ride this out if you aren’t in insane debt already.

I'm not sure where you are getting your info from or why you are telling people this but I have several years experience in the mortgage business, loan processor being one, and you cannot get a job as a loan processor with no experience. Especially making $30 an hour. I have been out of the business for a couple of years and have been trying to get back into it but when I apply for loan processor jobs they won't hire me because I don't have "recent" experience, so someone with no experience at all is gonna have a very hard time getting a job as a loan processor.

Has Matterport started allowing me to download the space and stopped putting their own brand all over it? These two things can be a huge put-off in the 360 photography space. People like to HAVE the thing they purchased, rather than being 1 of maybe 25 spaces that could be deleted at any time to make space. I recently got 3DVista for these reasons. its up-front cost is expensive but it lets me download and keep the spaces forever if the data storage lasts that long. And it lets me brand it the way I want, or eventually the way a client may want.
Kevin, one job you forgot about kid of a then job is gunsmithing/firearms instruction, just about any job dealing with guns as that market is just exploding right now! Both offer certifications, they can start as a hobby and turn into a high paying job.
On UPS it depends what the worker line is like at a specific Hub. They make you start with Loading first and move up from there . Hub I used to work at had a 5 year waiting period
If your looking at a property managment on an industrial scale then look into uploading your autocad proofs into a sketch up model and integrate the insta 360 into an image and drawing combo. This will allow for a full integration of services which facilitates analysing of assets and building ratings along with a real visual representation of the space . Any calls related to an area can be sent on to the relevant contractor on a set Operstional Services Managment Portal with the service shut offs identified , Electrical/HVAC drawings available , service records ,BMS real time asset status and visual space pictures for ease of access and efficiency . This system can be utilised to support client KPI's ; giving a visual representation of PPMs and asset lifecycle managment of a building when performing a status update .
Yes, but there are better opportunities, although certainly riskier(Carnival, Delta, Wynn, Hilton, Shell, BP, or basically any company that has to do anything with tourism and oil)

This was a god send, I've been looking for property management assistant jobs (or similar positions) and you're lucky if they'll pay you 50k/yr. Which with a 4 year degree in business, is somewhat painful. But the loan processor job is easier than what I do now and pays 60k+/yr and its easier to grow than it would be as a RE agent. Great info except the target one...It’s simply not true. Shipt is the delivery app for target, and they have no way to pair up people...orders are made public, and any Shipt Shopper can claim them, there is no preferential treatment. And when many prepay their orders most don’t bother to go back and tip. Sorry, but he just totally made up that bit about Target, none of it had a ring of truth.

My challenge is that I'm on disability, which basically means that I'm not healthy enough to work full time and I'm not allowed to make more than ~$1,200/month (if I go over by even a dollar, I'd lose about $640/month in disability income). I make almost the max that I can at a job that I enjoy, I'm frugal, and I invest what I can but my total income is still well below the livable wage for my county which makes things difficult. I have a college degree, so it's frustrating to be stuck earning so little. I've considered trying to do something like financial planning part time, but most decent jobs are full time.

Hey Kev - I looked up loan processor jobs in my area and they all want prior experience and a related bachelor degree- do not true for WI 😢 but it is true what you said about wholesalers- I’ve been doing it for the last 7 months but still don’t have a deal - also I only do calls for about 1 hr-2hrs a week and have had some possibilities for good leads but they have never worked out. One thing that I would add to your list of suggestions is something one of my girlfriends does is teach English online- she gets paid $10 for a 30min class that’s $20 an hour... not sure if she can work 8hrs a day or what the schedule is but that’s a good part time and she does it while traveling the world!
Hi Kevin, great video! What about becoming a commercial real estate appraiser? There are reports claiming there will be a large amount of CRE appraisers retiring in the next 10 years. Thank you!
Kinda worried about algorithms for longevity, BUT worried about that for lenders too and I did mention them so - Hm. I guess lender in my opinion will last longer due to the client relationship - sadly appraising has often become a box to check for transactions / loans -- really sad! Shouldn't be that way! There are some amazing, high-quality appraisers that do really great work. I just think everyone's looking for the cheapest way to check the loan "checkbox" these days.

Not all of course some millennials have a hard life too. They have sense for the most part. Soft times breed soft people. They were too busy protecting the “greatest resource” that they forgot to teach them about taxes .. or how to make a monthly budget. I’m gen x and I’m here cause I wasn’t taught sh&t either. Lol. Good luck.

I agree! Always giving us that good information! I try do as good as a job on my UA-cam channel talking about real estate investing!
I have been debating on the 3-D camera idea for about a week it's funny you brought that up I can't wait for your review on it
Thank you for taking the time to put this list of jobs together. This definitely exposed me to various positions with minimal or no advanced educational requirements.
Glad to see you have a similar outlook as I do.
I'm just getting out of university and I have had internships and programs centered around investment banking; but I just accepted a position as a Loan Consultant Associate for a little less pay, but about 50 hours a week LESS than in investment banking.
Really looking forward to having a FT presence in RE moving forward.
Cody Plant ppc?
What is PPC
Pointing Caulking Cleaning. But the union has many different types of masons. Bricklayers, blocklayers, stone masons, concrete masons, plaster and stucco. The list goes on
Every field in the union makes same rate whether your ppc, concrete, or block laying all the same
For side work you can make major money replacing chimney mortar caps and repointing, and repairing the roof joint flashing.
Yes! Coding bootcamp! I know two girls who did 3 month bootcamp, no bachelors degree, both landed an $80k per year job in central Ohio. I just finished the same bootcamp and am interviewing for jobs that pay 65-80k a year too. And the pay goes up substantially in a couple years. Tech will only grow more in the coming decade. look into it! Financial sector seems to pay more.
May I ask which bootcamp? :) thanks

When the video started, I thought you were going to say I thought the best way to make money was to flip items on the grand exchange LOL
Cody Steck - Money And Real Estate you play runescape ?
Cody Steck - Money And Real Estate I’ve seen you comment on another vid, I think it was on graham Stephens channel.
Be greedy when others are fearful. The best time to invest is now!!
Absolutely is! Just keep on investing. The market(s) always go back up! I actually just made a UA-cam video about that LOL
too late....most people don't have a pile of money to invest...as they already were investing long term
@@longtrinh1001 if they are already investing for the long-term, then this is just a blimp in the timeline!
Hey, so I hate to tell you... but right now is a terrible time to be in the market, dont double down on bets, reserve you cash or get a bit of precious metals.

The use rate remains close to the same. The manufacturing is at max capacity. When the hoarders have run out of space and can't surge sell anymore, the shelves will fill and it will be on sale. View any pump and dump stock to see the curve.
There is an element of realism in a portion of these suggestions. The Fed Ex and UPS deals are clear examples
I work at an amazon fulfillment center. It's a hard jobs, but they have great benefits from day 1; and they are hiring in every major city.
Usually starting at $15-$17 an hour but $2 bonus through April, and double overtime rates through April
I thought the start pay was 19 an hour or is that only for drivers
I'm not sure where you are getting your info from or why you are telling people this but I have several years experience in the mortgage business, loan processor being one, and you cannot get a job as a loan processor with no experience. Especially making $30 an hour. I have been out of the business for a couple of years and have been trying to get back into it but when I apply for loan processor jobs they won't hire me because I don't have "recent" experience, so someone with no experience at all is gonna have a very hard time getting a job as a loan processor.
Uncertainty is what’s driving this market
But keep in mind the most millionaires are made during recessions, and the most amount of people go bankrupt during recessions

Absolutely not true about the CDL You will need one year over the road experience before any local company will hire you
Yeah, He left out details about what's involved in most of the jobs listed. I have experience with almost all of them and none of them are as easy to get into as he makes it sound. This was a commercial for his offerings.
There are compainies that will hire student drivers.
Ehh not true. Freight Trucking companies will hire you most likely
Your absolutely right, the manner in which the PPP Loan were setup is insane, not to say all the mistakes from the documentation uploaded is being processed incorrectly.

Yep, he doesn't mention the costs of using Matterport. I myself use VPiX technology and DSLR. Much better quality and control over space and branding.
I love your presentation. Your smile is awesome! You are very engaging and fun to watch. Thank you☺️🙏
Kevin, one job you forgot about kid of a then job is gunsmithing/firearms instruction, just about any job dealing with guns as that market is just exploding right now!
Amazon stock is down and they are a company that I see will do well in this downturn. Buying opportunity? :)
Yes, but there are better opportunities, although certainly riskier(Carnival, Delta, Wynn, Hilton, Shell, BP, or basically any company that has to do anything with tourism and oil)
bb 823 wow those are huge risks! I wouldn’t be surprised if some of the cruise businesses go bankrupt and the airline biz is going to be hurt badly too..
@@JasonWalter1 I tought the same about cruise stocks, but I've realised that it isn't really worth it for the banks to let them go bankrupt. Since they'll be the once left with those cruise companies assets (mostly cruise ships) which they've got no idea what to do with. Ofc I'm not a professional, just giving my personal opinion. Great info except the target one...It’s simply not true. fedex is more of a then job. my dad works for fedex and it took him about 8 years to get to a point where he makes 60k/yr. usually it can take longer, up to 9/11 yrs
My fiance is a fedex driver---- you only need a chauffeur's license. Thats just a test at the DMV, you can also start with vans with no commercial license and work for them as you get a commercial license.
