Warm lofi soundtrack and some reassuring advice about the dream I want to pursue. Thanks for sharing! Repeating first year here, hoping to graduate in 2026 from Southampton with a BEng, and hopefully earn a spot on the BM4 course. I wonder where I’ll be in two years’ time…
Do you think its worth considering GEM or should i just take a Gap year resit my a levels and reapply? I have an offer for an undergrad biosciences degree
@@Joshua-ot2lv resit and take a gap year 100% and if you do a degree dont do bioscience do an nhs degree like physio etc so you can work during gem, BUT the best option is to reapply its much harder at gem level
Hey Marius, thanks for the videos, very helpful! Just wondered how you managed the London to Soton journey each week? Did you need to be in uni every weekday? And did this change into year 3/4? Many thanks again, Joel
Afternoon Joel, i hope you’re well. The drive was about 1h15min so I just got in the car, put on some Armando Hasudungan and got going. Was hard work but I found it manageable. Usually we had things on campus Monday and Friday, then Wednesday and Thursday at Winchester on placement. I’d expect to be in most weekdays but maybe as lectures move increasingly online you could expect to not have to be in as much? Difficult to say. Hope that helps.
@@mariushugh Thank you! Ah I see, so commuting split between uni and hospital, I am just interested because of sorting living arrangements if offered. Glad to see it was possible to commute it, thanks for the help!
Thank you for such a lovely video. Mad respect for the extra background work 👏. Do you know if what they state about gcse on their website, actually applies?
