it was chocolate ganache fudge dough made by mixing chocolate sponge and ganache and made it into a dough.

In fondat flavours are available,or only of choclate?
for full fondant covered cakes i use chocolate ganache cake only, whipped cream cakes cant be covered with fondant but fondant decorations can be placed on whipped cream cakes with some care like place them little before using the cake only, dont use too dark colors, decorations on sides might slip depending on weather. buttercream cakes can be covered with fondant.

its an edible print, you can source them from your cake supplies vendor or read more about it on google.
