You have become my favourite climbing channel. Always so excited about new vids, loving the attitude, getting lots of inspiration and learning a ton. Thank you!
Yes! Strong climbing makes for great content. Maybe there's a video already, would be cool to see what a "normal" bouldering session for Louis looks like. I.e. with friends and no pressure of coaching, just trying hard stuff
The other day at a gym where I climb there was a move almost exactly identical to the 7:57 move. It was graded v8 and tbh it wrecked my soul. Glad to see its also challenging for Louis XD
3 years ago mate, just look up "Louis Parkinson japan" and you'll get the documentary/vloggy thing called "Tsūrisuto" there's some indoor climbing there if I remember rightly. It's mostly outdoors stuff though
I just wish they went with the native word for a tourist "観光客 Kankou-kyaku" instead of the romaji for ツーリスト Sorry, I'm addicted to the Japanese language 😅
Until I moved to the south west, for a good few years I climbed at B-Pump Ogikubo in Tokyo (a short walk from my house) and the comp wall and circuit wall would really be a good test, especially as the grades are a little interesting.
Love your videos Louis! I love seeing you give coaching advice to other climbings, would love to see you work with some older climbers (like the video you did with Neil on comp and dyno styles). Speaking as a climbing in their 50’s still trying to improve…
Strained my wrist about 10 days back now and watching this is making me want to climb again :'( Fortunately/Unfortunately I'm also a doctor who knows I need to rest and heal :/
I’m curious i have been climbing for 4 months now and I’m consistently climbing v5s and a couple v6s I’m curious if that good bad or if i should be climbing higher??
Just had my first trip to Stoney Point in SoCal, couldn’t even send Crowd Pleaser (a V2), but one day I will be strong. These videos are really motivating because my eventual goal is V17. Trying hard as fuck and falling off is just part of it, cheers!
Not a big fan on pets in the gym, I am allergic to cats and if I was to go climbing and all of a sudden my eyes are on fire and watering and my nose is dripping just because someone thought it would be cute, I would be pretty pissed.
The real question is can Ink nap in every box in the gym?!
Loving the addition of Ink the cat! Bring on more cat + climbing content please 😁
I like that the camera guy is involved. :)
Good job to ink for keeping composure with so many people in the gym!
You have become my favourite climbing channel. Always so excited about new vids, loving the attitude, getting lots of inspiration and learning a ton. Thank you!
i agree, love catalyst, love magnus. But he does less raw climbing vids theses days
just great.
Damn this is so fun seeing these two first boulders, as i saw toby and the boulderingbobat try these boulders in a video 2 weeks ago
same! the boulders seemed pretty hard in the other video but louis did them with such ease.. he’s so strong!
@@Bryaneng27he did say they lowered them to be a bit easier, but it still seems insane how he seemingly flashed the paddle
Love the fact that you used the same music as on Toby's channel!

love the video ❤ I recently injured my ankle from a fall and won't be able to climb for a couple of months, and this video cheered me up ☺
Really cool to see you keep up your own climbing while you're also working at the gym. I've seen a lot of people struggle to balance that.
Yay, these are my favourite types of video from you. And with added cat, they're even better!
On top of taking your shirt off, having Ink on the premises is evidently an extreme buff to your performance
The V7 you said isn't your style is my style and I would've liked it lol. Great climbing!
Damn, every single one of these boulders looked awesome! I just got back from the gym and this video made me want to go straight back.
So many really hard boulders in one session... 👍👌
.
O my god!! Lovely cat really! ❤ I promise u my likes for every video whit a cat u will post!!
sill waiting for the “Ink flashes all of the comp boulders” video
Looking strong, Louis!
And love the dance 😂 And Ink❤
This was great content! I love watching you climb.
Going to eustonwall for the first time ever tomorrow! Looking forward to it
I love this kind of videos, keep it up, it would also be nice to see your earlier attempts on these boulders.
Bring this man to the olympics. He is insane!!
Yesss, we got more Ink the cat ❤❤❤. He's so cute
Have enjoyed watching your videos, it would be great to see you at the hanger in reading, they currently have 2 sets of comp routes up
The other day at a gym where I climb there was a move almost exactly identical to the 7:57 move. It was graded v8 and tbh it wrecked my soul. Glad to see its also challenging for Louis XD
You've got to do a collab with people who do parkour! Have them try rock climbing in your video, and you can try parkour in another!
Your positive energy made my day :)
I wonder how good cats would be at bouldering... I imagine they could be pretty good at big slabs, where they can stand
more content with ink please 😊. How did you get him used to be in the gym/crag?
if Louis ever goes to Japan, it’s be awesome to see him try some of the gyms there, they’re really fun

Coolest cat ever!

WOW i saw toby and the bobats doing those comp bolders and u made them look so easy, and you should start a dancing class too
I always like the route vocal reading. I makes me try hard to better read the problems myself.
please can we have a video of ink just wandering round a climbing gym
What music was used in this video? I'm a big fan of it
Strained my wrist about 10 days back now and watching this is making me want to climb again :'( Fortunately/Unfortunately I'm also a doctor who knows I need to rest and heal :/
track name at 8:15 please?
Love the try hard session, and liked the advice about ‘keep trying and be optimistic, you’ll figure something out’
Thanks
The way Louis approached the black slab is a stark contrast with Toby's frustration in the same.
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
really makes me want to go to the gym but probably would have no power for it lol
I’m curious i have been climbing for 4 months now and I’m consistently climbing v5s and a couple v6s I’m curious if that good bad or if i should be climbing higher??
Do some projects with eric karlsson and Nikken plssss
i do this but in 1 gym and im usualy 2 or 3 boulders off
Damn these boulders look easy for that grade, V9 like intermezzo…
They look easy because he is very, very good.
It's Kate McKinnon!
Just had my first trip to Stoney Point in SoCal, couldn’t even send Crowd Pleaser (a V2), but one day I will be strong. These videos are really motivating because my eventual goal is V17. Trying hard as fuck and falling off is just part of it, cheers!
Well, nothing's impossible, but you may want to temper those expectations a bit.
more ink pls
Isn't that a modification of the boulder Toby Roberts was working on?
Yeah, it is. The hand chip was added and maybe one other hold? They mention towards the end of the slab section in Toby's video.
Girl in the background during the intro needs an exorcist
Cat!
Loius really is a little rascal
:)

What about a true time trial? A set number of problems with a set time to beat them individually
