My precious niece unexpectedly passed away in Dec. She loved Frozen. 🥺 When I went to her memorial I decided I wanted to wear a fragrance to always have to remember her and think of the happy times. To always celebrate her little life. I wore Mon Guerlain. It’s so girly and sweet and comforting. So now when I miss her or want to think of her I wear it. It’s always going to be my favorite even more than it has been. I have loved it for years though. 🥹

When I first purchased Mon Guerlain I was a bit concerned that it would smell “like a perfume”, but there’s that something in it that elevates and brings it to unique status. So happy to have in my collection. Now I am so intrigued by your description of Celine, must try asap. 💗 thank you Anne!

I was a teen in the late 90s/early 00s and I'll never forget reading in a magazine that if you wanted to smell like an Elven princess (I remember they showed a pic of Liv Tyler from LOTR) to get Ralph Lauren Blue. It's one of my all time favorites and I always think of that when I wear it lol.
I still love Ralph Lauren Blue. That’s one that gets better and better as it sits on the skin.

They have definitely reformulated Mon guerlain. It’s smells soooo light now. No one can smell me more. If I buy my first Mon guerlain in 2018 it was soooo better

I’ve had Tocca Collette for years in my perfume collection, and I think is is fantastic! I don’t know why this house is not talked about so much. I love Bianca too from the brand.

I tried melliora but it never felt me. It was pretty but just never settled i guess. For me Delina La rosée felt more comforting/pretty and meliora is maybe like you said “girl hanging out in the forest with flowers” hehe. I love how fragrance evokes a mood..it’s really an art ❤

I wore no 5 yesterday to work and literally every time I wear this I get amazing compliments it is definitely my most complimented and it’s my newest grab… this lady said I smelled soooo amazing and she repeated it many times… she said she could smell me from a far.. she asked me what I was wearing soo she could get it for her man. She also told me it reminded her of Bakarat her son had… she was stunned. I get that every time I wear it. I classify no 5 as a sheer scent… it’s strong but not overbearing. An amazing projection and silage… translucent is the perfect word but it’s strong, I love the wearing experience of it as well like I catch my own scent in the air and melt. Loooove it.

I love the dry down of Tocca Colette, but just hate the very sharp opening. Because of that I don’t reach for it as often. But that dry down is sublime- cottagevibe - forest fairy fantasy.
Oh luckily I don't experience that with the opening! But I'm the same way, I like to reach for scents that I love from start to finish 😊

Oud Jaune Intense makes me feel like royalty, I don’t know why. Probably because it’s so unique, special and stunning. Meliora and Ylang in Gold give me the same magical vibe the way you described them. 🥰🥰🥰 Celine Black Tie has been on my wishlist since last year….I feel I need to get it now. 😁

Absolutely my vibe, and I adore and wear Colette, Mon Guerlain, and testing and loving the Diptyque . How long does Eau Duelle last on you? It’s pretty fleeting on me, at least the edt sample I’m trying.
It doesn’t last the longest on me either :( I get about 4 hours from it. If you want something longer lasting I’d go for Arquiste Architect’s Club! ❤
