@@AzulApe Peter too knows martial arts, he was trained by Shang Chi. His superhuman strength outclasses both of them combined, their martial arts skill wouldn’t matter to him. Batman is more skilled than Spider-Man in martial arts, doesn’t mean that he could beat him in a random encounter.

Before that he recruited a 15 year old kid without registering him with the Accords to fight on foreign soil. Tony's actions do support when he talks about aligning with the Accords on their terms not others for sure.

Tony is a billionaire so he feels OK to negotiate/sign whatever and then find loopholes in operations. He knows how politics works. Cap is a soldier so he's not comfortable submitting to an authority unless he has full trust in it. Pretty realistic perspectives when I think about it

Think of how many superpowered people get ruined by the winter soldier arm, and spidey can just casually catch it mid-swing. He's the strongest one in the whole movie.

I think Bucky and Cap held back a bit once they knew they were fighting a kid. Spidy still hella strong though, but he wasn't fighting those guys on one of their bad days.

1. They weren't planning on keeping Bucky alive in the first place.

Thing is Cap's intention was to bring Bucky in alive. He did that. But Zemo took control of the Winter Soldier. Once Cap knew about Zemo, his plan was to figure out what he was up to then stop him. Bucky had the information about the other Winter Soldiers, and Cap needed to keep him close. When the dust finally settled they did get Bucky some help. But before then no one other than Cap, and Sam were trying to help him, they just wanted to kill him.

Lmaooo Rob fr has no comic book knowledge, terrible take after terrible take throughout the entire movie. ‘’Black Widow, Captain America, and Winter Soldier can whoop Spider-Man’s ass’’ ‘’Wolverine has no fighting skill’’ ‘’Captain America and Winter Soldier can whoop Black Panther and Iron Man’s ass’’.
First off Rob you’re the one that’s highly overestimating how strong Cap is and downplaying how strong Spidey, Iron Man, and Black Panther are. The Heart-Shape Herb is literally equivalent to the Super-Soldier Serum, so T’Challa is also technically a ‘’super soldier’’. That’s why he was able to piece up Bucky without the suit. T’Challa and Steve are both equal in physical stats with T’Challa edging Steve out in fighting skill and that’s without the Vibranium suit which makes him bulletproof and can withstand impact easily. Steve only edges T’Challa in experience due to his age but in an actual 1v1 fight with both of them fighting without any assistance, T’Challa beats Steve after a tough fight.
Spider-Man is way stronger than Captain America, Black Panther, and Winter Soldier even when he’s holding back. That should be common knowledge to anyone that knows Marvel. Spidey is the one that’s OP for a street tier hero, not Cap. This version of Spidey only had six months of training and he easily embarrassed both Falcon and Winter Soldier lol. He’s way stronger than a super soldier, he’s just way less experienced since he’s a teenager. Also Wolverine has both martial arts training, he’s actually considered to be a top tier martial arts fighter in Marvel, and he’s even older than Captain America due to his healing factor making him not age, so he’s more experienced than Captain America, he too beats Captain America in a fight.
This is easily one of the best MCU movies especially since they added both Spider-Man and Black Panther to the MCU verse, but man this reaction really showcased that Rob has no knowledge when it comes to Marvel characters. Mans fr said that Spider-Man would lose to Black Widow in a fight, and that T’Challa can’t keep up with either Bucky or Steve in a fight, when the herb alone gives him the strength equivalent to a super soldier. Y’all already watched and reacted to both Black Panther 1 and 2, so y’all should know that.
It’s not that deep bro and I’d expect someone who’s not a hard core comic fan to not know comics well like he literally stated he wasn’t

Tony fought to kill, Steve and Bucky to incapacitate without permanent damage, which limited them a lot. Rememeber, Tony is a regular dude in a powered suit, they are supersoldiers. If they aimed to kill the way Tony was, then any of them would've beat Tony's ass in a heartbeat. They understood he was taken by grief, they didn't want to kill him. Watch their moves, they aim to stop him, damage the suit so it can't attack.
As for wether Bucky is a criminal, there are laws in our world for people with mental issues committing violent acts who aren't treated the same as people acting of sound mind. Bucky's situations is even worse bc he was totally stripped of personhood, he was nothing more than a gun, so no, technically he didn't commit those crimes. Steve was protecting him because literally nobody else was open to giving him fair treatment under the particular circumstances Bucky was in aka a prisoner of war literally scientifically brainwashed to act against his own will, hence why the in the end Bucky underwent treatment under T'Challa instead of being put under the government or those affiliated's control.

Bucky disappeared after he saved Steve from the river. Natasha got a file for him to start his search for Bucky.
No one found a hit on him until Zemo set up his identity as a bomber.
Steve used that lead to get to him and talk him into coming with him...also after telling Steve about the 5,they had an urgent mission to stop these other extremely dangerous and deranged super soldiers.
Steve knew about the Starks getting assassinated because of the info from Zola when he and Natasha went to the base in New Jersey.
He didn't know that it was Bucky. That's the difference. I think a part of him didn't want to find out or even ask Bucky because it would have been too much to handle.
Now, yes...Tony is his friend, but Bucky has been his best friend since they were kids.
Bucky is a soldier who is actually a P.O.W.

Realistically, how could you tell your new friend that your best friend from childhood, (who was tortured, brainwashed and experimented on against his will for over 70 yrs.) that he was responsible for killing his parents?
As you can see, Tony has a really hot temper. There was nothing but red in his eyes. He even said "I don't care. He killed my mom", after Steve reminded him that it wasn't Bucky in control of his mind, but forced to do it by Hydra.

Buck and Sam were not expecting Peter to be that strong or capable. Yes, they are both seasoned soldiers, but they were caught off guard by the surprise that this kid had the power to take them out.

rob gotta understand that cap only won at the end because it was a 2v1. if bucky didnt distract tony, tony would have kept on beating on cap. also, it was hella plot armor. it is literally a captain america movie. ofc he was gonna win in the end. if we are not counting ANY plot armor, and its a straight 1v1, tonyh claps cap any day.
