Take a good look, boys. THIS is PEAK FFXVI combat. So much happened in this vid, that I'm sure I didn't catch it all. But, I did catch: The placement of Lightning Rod at the beginning of the fight(Chef's kiss) Using Rift Slip to increase the up time on your Zan meter(Masterful) And last, but certainly not least, canceling out of a Rook's Gambit Counter to get off a parry(MIND FUCKING BLOWN!!! :O) This was insane to watch, and i loved every second of it! Edit: One I forgot to mention was how you destroyed Event Horizon with Flare Breath. Most people don't know it destroys projectiles. But to figure out that it would work on an attack like that, is BONKERS!

Very smooth stuff, it's always so cool seeing Odin used offensively outside of stagger. Zantesuken has 5 entire charge levels and people usually never use levels 2, 3 or 4, so good on you. Great music choices too, and here I was thinking nobody remembers Astral Chain.

@@kilokiss1951Watching Selch Lightwarden’s content and even Dyer.wav inspired the idea of creatively using all levels and forms of Zantetsuken. They’re awesome like that. Zantetsuken into Rift Slip Parry sort of dawned on me when sorting how to account for Necron’s delayed swings. Now the Rift Slip trick feels like another fun aspect of the Eikon.
Odin Sword combine with Phoenix 🐦🔥 Shift plus Lightning Row I always had trouble getting it to the center the way you did it so Smooth. Congratulations 🎊
