    Kuegi, you took old school and beat our asses with this performance! I was so into the music and those movements, for a second I thought I was apart of the show 💀 From the ofus to the way they gently mo'e mo'e across the stage like they owned the place, LOVED IT!!

    Lol. Thank you for the clarification. I’m not going to go into any deep history of what you’re claiming. All I’m saying is where this number was made known. Faresa, my Methodist brother, is all I needed to know and it was Pati and the choir that made it pop.

    Pls credit the infamous LEONE LIONS HIGH SCHOOL Taumafai swing choir, under the leadership of Mr. Pati Pati. We did this (intro) 10plus years ago. Check out the original.

    • @theacademyofsivasamoa
      @theacademyofsivasamoa 6 років тому +3

      Song yes. Choreo no. Pati Pati is our cousin we're all from the Toilolo family in Malaeloa. It is the people of Malaeloa and our blood to which the credit of that song belongs to. Yes he was the music instructor at Leone High School back then but is now at Samoana 😊 I'm sure you know all this but this was for anyone reading in case they misconstrue your comment and assume anything was stolen or choreography was copied in which is far from the case and not at all true lol Take care hope all is well Veni!

    • @davidtupua7357

      None of the young men started a "pe'a", because the beginning of the pe'a begins on the back called the "va'a". It's a straight line across the back. The first strike is right in the middle of the back, about 6 or so inches above the small of the back. Praise the LORD!
