Hi Sangeetha, the Dipstick DNA extraction method didn't work for feathers when we tried it. We recommend using the HOTShot DNA extraction kit: bento.bio/product/hotshot-dna-extraction-kit/

Great Q! That might not be ideal for the dipstick method, as you'll need extra steps: demineralization of the bone, and removing inhibitors.
