I love the new cabins! I don’t care if they don’t feel “cabiny” enough to others! At least they are clean, spacious, fresh, modern, and still fits the theme of the area, especially with the high ceilings and large windows, making you feel right outside in nature 🥰 funny how that oven/stove is exactly what I have in my house 😄 Thanks for showing us!
Honestly, they look good. It was the mock-up drawing that made it seem bad at first. But after seeing them live, its kinda cool and still keeps that fort wilderness vibe.
Jenn talked about the cabin feeling like a home away from home. I’m the opposite. I don’t want it to feel like I am at home. I do not want to cook, do dishes or make my bed. That is why I only stay at hotels.
100% Same! 😅 I can understand it, though, with the little kids! I imagine it's so much easier for them! I don't have a young child anymore, so I want the nice hotels!!! 😊
I think some people save money by eating at their cabins vs in the parks I think that’s why they want kitchens in the cabins. I agree I wouldn’t want to have work for me on vacation. My issue with the cabins is that there is technically only one bedroom and it has three beds in it. No parent privacy and it’s a little awkward sleeping in the same bedroom after a certain age. It’s great these cabins sleep 6 but I think a different configuration would’ve been better. The cabins at cedar point have a private room for the adults and a loft area where the kids can sleep and also two pullouts to sleep 4 people for a total of 8 people. I kinda wish Disney thought a little more about the design.
I’ve stayed with my family in the old cabins several times, most recently in May 2024. We truly loved staying there, but it was obvious this last time that the cabin had seen better days. That said, I will miss the “log cabin” look of the old units. The new ones are very nice, but I do wish the bathroom was not on the opposite side of the cabin from the bedroom. This means that if someone in the bedroom needs to use the bathroom during the night, they will have to walk right past anyone who might be sleeping on the Murphy bed. As someone else said in the comments, trying to maneuver past the chair and the bed in the dark could be challenging. Since the new units are DVC, I’m wondering if they will be significantly more expensive to rent for non DVC members than the old ones, which were considered a moderate-priced accommodation. Oh well, I will always remember with fondness our stays at Fort Wilderness.
Marble racing became popular in the pandemic especially when John Oliver was showing them and loving it! I love this video and look forward to staying in the new cabins at some point!
The baby buddy when he woke up was so cute! I like videos at the Fort because that where my family always stayed when I went to Disney growing up. Thanks for the tip on the DVC rental store!
A good alternative for the s’mores indoors is if the oven has a broil button broil the s’mores on a pan on low broil for 2-3 minutes depending on how burnt you like your s’mores! But it’s perfectly cooked just like on a camp fire!
honestly i thought i would hate them but they seem pretty awesome- and because disney charges a premium price, it is really nice to have a premium cabin. I’m not sure why people are super mad- RVs are just as if not more flashy than these cabins. The old cabins did not reflect the price point disney is asking at all, they were worn out.
S’mores tip: You can bake the bottom graham cracker, chocolate and marshmallow for a few minutes in the oven. The marshmallow will melt the same way it does when roasted over the fire. Just pre heat the oven to 325 and bake for 5-10 min, checking often by pressing lightly on the marshmallow to see if it’s melted enough. 🙂
My parents used to wash me in the bathroom sink obviously it was clean, when I was a little baby. Back in the day.🏕️🥾🥾🚙🍽️🍽️🍽️❤ I love all of your videos!
A couple of hints- Buy an inflatable baby/toddler bathtub In the kitchen, consolidate all those dishes, etc much more than you did. I put stuff under the sink or even in the oven if not using it.
I’ve seen other people bring a portable tub. I’m not sure if it’s a dog pool or what, but it folds open and sits in the bottom of the shower to have a bath
@TheTimTracker a little "tip" for no bathtubs...we recently bought a "new to us" small RV that has no tub and we had the grandkids for a weekend, as a hack we got a small inflatable pool that fit perfectly inside the shower so we could have tub time for our 2 year old who is not keen of the shower lol. Just a thought. Thanks for sharing all your memories!!💖🇨🇦
1. Is that a hidden Mickey on the stove burners? 2. Jenn's wish and song were amazing😊 3. I love and miss the Fort. Ill be back some day. Thanks, as always, for the videos!
This looks like an AWESOME stay. So good I booked while watching. LOL. I thought Jackson looked like Tim as a baby. NOPE!!! Oliver really looks like Tim.
We were going to stay at the Fort a few years back but the hurricane hit and we were moved to Port Orleans...which we loved...but these make me want to try for the Fort again. They look so cozy.
Thank you for sharing another adventure 🎉 it’s awesome! Love seeing that you can rent points to enjoy. Love the family games and opportunity to cook with the kiddos. 🎉🎉🎉 Thank you TrackerFam!
We are using DVC rental store for our vacation coming up! 5 nights at Boardwalk and 5 nights at AKL both in the 2 bedroom villas! We saved sooo much money!!
Just wanted to pipe in and say… from one parent to another… I noticed that rolled up towel at the bottom of the door while the kids were sleeping during the podcast recording. I see you. 😂😂😂
When you make s’mores in the microwave just microwave the marshmallow on the graham cracker. Then put the chocolate on when it comes out of the microwave. Less of a mess
Great video of the new cabins. I was on the fence about how those would be but after watching your video I would love to stay in one and experience all the fun things to do at Wilderness Campground! Looking forward to the next cabin video!
Those sleeping bags and quilt sheets look like they would be really difficult for Disney to wash and dry for every stay. Seems an odd choice instead of using standard hotel linen.
Love this video, thank you for sharing the new cabins with us here in youtube land lol I agree that it's so nice to be able to do your own regular cooking and hanging out while in vacation. DVC rooms/cabins make that so possible and definitely as comfy as being at home. I stayed at Fort Wilderness DVC once and it totally blew my mind having a full kitchen and even washer and dryer! Before that we would bring our precooked meals in our cooler and I'd heat them up in the crackpot while we were in the parks lol
Could you please do a video for people who are scraping their money together for parents and their children for a Disney vacation, but do not have the money to go for Genie Plus, lightning lane, fast pass or whatever they call it? Thanks
The best advice I can give you is to have a game plan and have each family member make a list of top 3 things what they want to do /ride ans prioritize everyone's #1 thing and then go from there, when youre going also helps determine the lines If you go during the off season (late April through May) (late August through September maybe early November) multipass isn't that nessesary
I use to put on my swim suit and hold the baby in the shower. It worked fine. And you have the hand held piece to direct the spray! Towel on the counter to sit on and wash in the sink?! Love the new cabins! Thanks have fun!!
Trouble and Sorry! were the staples of Summer when I was growing up in the 70s and early 80s. Candyland is another. UNO and SkipBo are some great card games. Sequence is fun too.
On the stove top, that 5th burner on it is likely what's known as a, "warmer," section for keeping other cooked items warm till you've completed cooking the whole rest of your meal. Only stove/oven set-up here at my home, I have pretty much a similar thing.
Seriously how lucky your family is to just stay at the campground and just enjoy that time to do a review for UA-cam. To go to DW and not feel the need to go to the parks because you get to go all the time. I want to book a trip there and not feel rushed because I need to cram everything into my stay because 1) it's far away 2) cost soooo much so I have to get my moneys worth 3) and planning, planing out daily schedule to make sure we get on rides, meet characters. I want to just spend a day going into all the resorts and walk around not feeling like I'm wasting a full Disney day. Fingers crossed one day that happens.
If you get some wooden skewers, you can make S'mores using the stovetop. You just turn the burner on high, and rotate your skewer over the element or flame if you have a gas stove.😊
I love the new cabins & am wondering if there is a handicapped accessible one. One for someone who is only wheelchair mobile so needs roll in shower etc. If you have the opportunity to tour one of these cabins I'd love to see that video.
before the last cabin remodel the cabins had a full stove. when they took out the old murphy beds and remodeled the kitchen they removed the full stove..I guess it is back!

Thanks 😊 for sharing my friend 🙌🏽🤍🤍
Tim tracker these people treated us awful it always stinks to see you guys advertising them
Disney should have an ice cream truck that drives around. Some kiddos never get to experience that. How fun would that be? 😊
That's a really great idea!!
Mr Softee Truck
Not sure if someone already said this, but the legend is that when you see a cardinal it’s the spirit of a loved one visiting you. ❤
I love Tim's quick wit: Jenn: "The Sun will wake you up." Tim: (points to Oliver) "This son. This son right here."
I love the new cabins! I don’t care if they don’t feel “cabiny” enough to others! Their like tiny homes!! 💕💕
There’s nothing more heartwarming than a barefoot boy running around enjoying his summer!❤
I miss those days
1 thing about the deck off the cabin, I bet family's would love there to be a latched gate at the stairs.
I agree. I want to get away from house work
I think some people save money by eating at their cabins vs in the parks I think that’s why they want kitchens in the cabins. I agree I wouldn’t want to have work for me on vacation. 29:04 It's Jelle's Marble Run! I love that channel! Team Momo fan all the way!
For a room without a bathtub I once saw a tip to take a mini paddling pool to put in the bottom of the shower to give little ones a bath
@cheriejohnson7294 now a days you could even use a short sided storage tub or a under the bed type bin.
I love the new cabins! All the comfort of a long-term stay hotel but in nature. It's the best of both worlds.
I finally feel confident in admitting that I FREAKING LOVE marble racing. I found it during the pandemic and it was a guilty pleasure.
Nothing to feel guilty about
Tim, I think you are your happiest at the Fort and on the Fantasy.
A good alternative for the s’mores indoors is if the oven has a broil button broil the s’mores on a pan on low broil for 2-3 minutes depending on how burnt you like your s’mores! But it’s perfectly cooked just like on a camp fire!
The cabins look amazing and soooo cozy! Thank you for showing us ! Jackson and Oliver always make me smile!❤
I always rearrange the kitchen on my first day of our DVC stay. In particular I clear out the biggest drawer and fill it with snacks 😊
honestly i thought i would hate them but they seem pretty awesome- and because disney charges a premium price, it is really nice to have a premium cabin. I’m not sure why people are super mad- RVs are just as if not more flashy than these cabins. The old cabins did not reflect the price point disney is asking at all, they were worn out.
16:17 the sleeping bag it’s like a sleeping taco 🌮 😂😂
Jackson: can I roll inside? 😅
Yes, I would love to live in a tiny home at Disney. Those cabins are perfect 🤩
I totally enjoyed your video. Such a lovely family and Jackson and Oliver are adorable! Thanks so much.
Loved that it started raining when you wished and then you sang
You are both so awesome !
S’mores tip: You can bake the bottom graham cracker, chocolate and marshmallow for a few minutes in the oven. The marshmallow will melt the same way it does when roasted over the fire. I love all of your videos!
Thanks for the inside tour! Don't think I will ever be able to afford to stay here but it's nice to know what I may or may not be missing. 😊
Can I just say how much I love to see how much you guys love each other !!!
it's rare, they are blessed.
A couple of hints-
Buy an inflatable baby/toddler bathtub
In the kitchen, consolidate all those dishes, etc much more than you did. I put stuff under the sink or even in the oven if not using it.
I’ve seen other people bring a portable tub. I’m not sure if it’s a dog pool or what, but it folds open and sits in the bottom of the shower to have a bath
i love how detailed you get on this your videos!! crazy attention to detail!
Such a great video. Just bought riviera DVC and this is def on my bucket list to stay at the cabins in the future.
1. Is that a hidden Mickey on the stove burners?
2. Jenn's wish and song were amazing😊
3. I love and miss the Fort. Ill be back some day.
Thanks, as always, for the videos!
I would stay there simply for the step stool!!! I wish they would add them to every room!!
This looks like an AWESOME stay. So good I booked while watching. LOL. I thought Jackson looked like Tim as a baby. NOPE!!! Oliver really looks like Tim.
The post nap convo with Oliver was SO cute 😍
We were going to stay at the Fort a few years back but the hurricane hit and we were moved to Port Orleans...which we loved...but these make me want to try for the Fort again. They look so cozy.
Missed opportunity for a great, “be prepared🎶” joke, Nick! 🦁
Love the new cabins!
Thank you for sharing another adventure 🎉 it’s awesome!
Love seeing that you can rent points to enjoy.
Love the family games and opportunity to cook with the kiddos. 🎉🎉🎉
Thank you TrackerFam!
I honestly wasn't super interested in the old cabins, but now I am hoping to stay in a cabin someday. They look so cozy and clean! 😊
We are using DVC rental store for our vacation coming up! 5 nights at Boardwalk and 5 nights at AKL both in the 2 bedroom villas! We saved sooo much money!!
Oliver saying yes and no is so cute ❤
I love how much time you spend at Fort Wilderness. I need to stay there one day!
Omg that Cabin is awesome. Wish I could stay. Thanks for sharing ❤
Amazing cabins and how cool the rain came - I would love to sleep in one with the rain noise! Thanks guys much love 🤩🤩
Just wanted to pipe in and say… from one parent to another… I noticed that rolled up towel at the bottom of the door while the kids were sleeping during the podcast recording. I see you. 😂😂😂

Great video of the new cabins. I was on the fence about how those would be but after watching your video I would love to stay in one and experience all the fun things to do at Wilderness Campground! Looking forward to the next cabin video!
Tim, the middle burner in back on stove is what is called a WARMER. there should a button to push on stove by clock.
Looks like a hidden mickey to me lol
@cherimarchand7063 it's definitely a hidden mickey as I have the SAME STOVE.
Thanks for sharing your experience. I cannot wait to stay in the new cabins, unfortunately, I never got to stay in the old cabins. What a fun time.😎👍🏻
I love Tim’s tours!!!!
Those sleeping bags and quilt sheets look like they would be really difficult for Disney to wash and dry for every stay. Seems an odd choice instead of using standard hotel linen.
The new cabins are so cool....love the floor plan! Much better use of the space for sure 😁
Aww I liked Jen's little song. ♥
Wooo! New cabins! 🎉

We truly love the new cabins ❤
Tim I love your new haircut! Very sharp 😊
I use to put on my swim suit and hold the baby in the shower. It worked fine. And you have the hand held piece to direct the spray!
Towel on the counter to sit on and wash in the sink?!
Love the new cabins! Thanks have fun!!
The new cabins looks nice 👍🏼 I hope to stay one day
Maybe DVC should offer a kid tub you can request to use if needed, kind of like requesting a pack'n'play?
love the new cabin, adding to our Disney staycation bucket list!
So glad to see that step stool for the kids! Every Disney resort needs those in the rooms!
I can’t wait to stay there!!
It looks like you are enjoying the new cabins just as much as the old ones.
The second baby is always the daredevil it seems like. Mine gives me gray hairs every day with her shenanigans.
Amazing!! Love this tour! ❤
I love these new cabins! My "Disney dream vacation" is to spend a few weeks at the cabins.
The cabins looked great and you all looked so relaxed there too xx
Looks like a fantastic time I love the new cabin and can't wait to take my family there in a few years.
Nothing to do with the cabins - but the toy truck on the top of the fridge made me lol. A sure sign of a parent being over a toy.
Omg the stove!!I had to back it up to be sure I saw what I saw!!
I love the fort such a great tour as always Tim
What fun! I wonder what Disney is going to do with the old cabins. They'd make good housing for homeless veterans.
What a great birthday present from my friends the tracker... A tour of the new cabins at fort wilderness
Happy birthday 🎂
Oh best sleep storm!!!
Beaming this one to the giant screen! Bring on the new new! 🎉
I love the new cabins 😍😍
Would have been nice to have a retractable awning over the deck
I thought that as well.
The cabin is cute ❤ Looks like a tiny home😀
New wedding rings Jenn? Beautiful 😍

Oliver just runs into the door around 41 minutes😂😂
Looks fresh & modern!

14:28 I have the same Hamilton tote from when they came to Tampa.
I go to disney because of your adventures!
the stove burners are a hidden Mickey...KOOL
I just posted that. Then I was scrolling and was like "did nobody else see it??!" Then I found you!! Lol. I want to stay there just because of that!!
I love the new cabins & am wondering if there is a handicapped accessible one. One for someone who is only wheelchair mobile so needs roll in shower etc. If you have the opportunity to tour one of these cabins I'd love to see that video.
Wow these are nice. Thank you ❤
I live in a tiny home, and honestly it's the best!!!
