Thank you for playing! The Empathy cabinet is similar to the often talked about cursed "Polybus" machine, a really fun yet often mysterious feeling little machine that Nosebleed had a lot of fun adding in.
Love me some Polybius lore. And references so hell yeah. Keep up the awesome work guys.
Add soft drink/slushie machines. Every arcade needs good gamer juice. (assuming you haven't and drae is just not there yet)

Question is the flash on the screen because thats how the gun would figure out a hit from a miss?

There isn't. If anything, the vending machines despite providing more fame. Still look empty even after you finish the story.
I was fully expecting a jumpscare after Drae played that cursed game cabinet. Kinda still on edge even after the video.

Drae, I feel like you missed the mark a little with the Cyber Dance cabinet - you said they could have just updated the other cabinet with new songs, but that wasn't an option in the heyday of arcades! I feel like this is more true to type.
Polybius is an urban legend concerning a fictitious 1981 arcade game.
based in Portland, Oregon. the game as part of a government-run crowdsourced psychology experiment
Gameplay supposedly produced intense psychoactive and addictive effects in the player.
I've listened to loads of podcasts including an interview with the guy what supposedly disappeared

@@Zyrdalf yep according to the, interviews no one can remember the machine been there and the local area . Doesn't like him snooping around on these tours, but he says that's how he makes money these days .Personally i think he should move on from the past but who am i to judge
Pro tip.
To make the daily tasks for the arcade machines easier, just set the difficulty settings to easy before playing. Then set them to the settings that makes them more popular.
The difficulty setting doesn't actually affect your plays, I think.

DLC is new content for the game. Many many MANY games still have you buy the new items in-game. You're not paying real money for it in-game, it just adds new stuff for the gameplay.
It would actually be pretty weird if you got DLC & just 💥 all of a sudden your arcade has 10 random new machines in it. Story-wise, where tf did they come from?
I'm Empathy, you get a long temporary stun when you get hit. When you're high up on screen (seen in this video) your character resets near the bottom of the screen doing the normal fall animation.
Drae would be the type to turn a laundromat into a arcade, but I ain’t hatin cuz I’d go just to game with drae

The empathy cabinet reminds me quite a bit of the original arcade game, computer space.
computer space was a port of space war to a standalone machine. surprised to find out it's just a cursed arcade game.

Hey good way for you to learn how to do multiple things at the same time try playing ground BR and war thunder but do realistic battle not arcade because the arcade allows you to already see the names if you do the realistic you don't see the enemy name so you have to have to constantly keep a lookout it puts so much concentration on to looking out for the enemy while moving your vehicle around it's really cool and it's very takes a lot of concentration so if you have poor concentration do that and they can actually help you it will get frustrated at times because around will come out of nowhere and just kill your tank but if you do it in long enough you can predict where rounds are going to come out from and you can easily hide and if you know the distances that makes it so much easier actually do that a lot and it's fun

Speaking of the cursed arcade game, that might be a homage to Polybius Which is a cursed arcade game that doesn’t officially exist there’s a couple UA-cam videos about it it’s interesting if anyone wants to check it out

It always baffled me how people pay twice or more for a game and end up spending hundreds of dollars for one game they should have gotten complete for like 20-40 bucks.
Like I say these days, people just WANT to be ripped off, too bad I'm a decent person or else I'd be rich af.
