It's hard to believe this was recorded 52 years ago and I still never get tired of listening to it. I have the album I bought in 1968 when I was in high school.
I was surprised at how proficient Bloomfield was on the piano. I had thought of him exclusively as a guitarist (and a great one). This long jam is my favorite track on the Grape Jam album.
I don't know how many times I've owned this album. It pops up in my collection when I thought I'd lost it and found it and had not one epiphany.... Seems so wrong "BABE, BaaaaBE... I got the BLUES and my collection of losing is legendary it's not cool... BABE, BaaaaBE it's not Cool to feel so alone, alone and blue.... - m.

This would have been great with Kooper on organ or maybe trading verses on piano.
