I have more than 10 years of experience in IT. This is just my suggestion.
There are plenty of courses available in youtube. Courses in udemy are very affordable.
Find your area of interest. You want to become a web developer or Mobile app developer or Frontend designer.
1. Improve your knowledge in that subject and share your work in Linkedin and add some hashtags (freshers, looking for opportunity, Java, Nodejs). Update same in your resume and post it in Naukri. Just an easy way to get attention from many people in Linkedin.
Reach out HR people in linkedin. Ask politely whether they have any opportunity in their company and share your work to them.

Tell me few companies where degree doesn't matter.. May be some top product based companies like Google, amazon may recruit but one should have very strong problem solving skills. One should be able to deliver work independently... There are plenty of institutions like this who used to promise but in reality it is total different..
