The first time I took the test, I scored 89 overall but failed the hazard prescription section. On my second attempt, I scored a 96 but failed the hazard prescription section once again. Finally, on my third try, I got a score of 90 and passed the hazard prescription section. Although it seems like a challenging task, I am determined to pass all sections of the test one day.

As I have not experience of their course I can't say if it is good or bad. Only thing to I would advise you is to find out the following: - How many hours does the course offer? - Are these in car or in class? - Are the sessions one-to-one or two-to-one (i.e. two trainees to one trainer) - Apart from the basic training what other support is there? Books, online classrooms, factsheets, websites/apps. - Are there any terms and conditions attached to the training, for example do you need to pass part 1 before you can do any part 2 or part 3 training? Often courses with more in-class hours, or two-to-one training or specific things in the terms in conditions to stop you taking the training are cheaper. It really depends what your learning style is and what your priorities are. It is also worth noting the quality of your training will often be dependent on the trainer you get, and with a larger driving school it is impossible to know what your trainer is going to be like until you meet them, they may be great or you might not get on with them.

You need to read these questions carefully, traffic moving slowing could sounds like the answer, as you could assume that means queuing traffic, however it does not specify queuing traffic, so the best answer is on a one-way road.
Rule 163 - only overtake on the left if the vehicle in front is signalling to turn right, and there is room to do so. Stay in your lane if traffic is moving slowly in queues. If the queue on your right is moving more slowly than you are, you may pass on the left. Cyclists may pass slower moving or stationary traffic on their right or left and should proceed with caution as the driver may not be able to see you. Be careful about doing so, particularly on the approach to junctions, and especially when deciding whether it is safe to pass lorries or other large vehicles. Rule 268 - Do not overtake on the left or move to a lane on your left to overtake. In congested conditions, where adjacent lanes of traffic are moving at similar speeds, traffic in left-hand lanes may sometimes be moving faster than traffic to the right. In these conditions you may keep up with the traffic in your lane even if this means passing traffic in the lane to your right. Do not weave in and out of lanes to overtake.
Your answer needs more words, it is not just overtaking on the left if your lane is travelling faster than the right hand lane, doing that would result in a serious fault on test and is deemed dangerous. See my previous comment for full rule.

On one-way system!
Rule 163 - only overtake on the left if the vehicle in front is signalling to turn right, and there is room to do so.
Stay in your lane if traffic is moving slowly in queues. If the queue on your right is moving more slowly than you are, you may pass on the left.
