A good way to Think Think Think
can you tell us how to do it then?
I recommend a self-help book that's helped me immensely: Phsycho-Cybernetics by Maxwell Malz M.D.
do you know what attention is? do you know what your mind is? if you can answer those two questions and develop the awareness and will to attend to your mind (without judgement) then you will know how to do it!
+Why Not Now I know what attention is, but I don't know what the mind is. What is the mind? And how do you attend to it?
This is a poorly edited video but this guy writes lots of books on mindfulness so I assume that's what he's talking about.
