For anyone in the comments who question why she would go back to that situation, abuse victims often go back to abusers quite often. Go read about it, theres plenty of reliable resources that will educate you all about the abuser/victim dynamic. They usually always go back until they've hit a bottom. The brain works the same for drug addicts. If youve never been an abusive relationship, you cannot possibly understand the why. Educate yourself on it. These were very young women who had no self worth or self value. Its a challenging space to be in.
