Riding with Sheridan Morais in Oschersleben for some laps, who has competed in the WSBK, WSSP, EWC, Moto2 etc. over the years. First time riding a 1000 cc bike in Oschersleben and it is much harder to ride than a 600 cc there because it wants to wheelie a lot. I really enjoy riding the ZX-10R and this is the first trackday traction control is working on the bike. All onboards before were without tc (wc did work). Glad I improved my best lap of the R6 in 2018 (1:33.8) at least :D Sheridan showed me his line and I didn't expect him riding so round lines as you can hear in shutting the throttle sometimes. Fastest lap 1:33.7 Enjoy the onboard, cheers!
Nach der Triple links kannst du dich etwas schneller in dir Rechtskurve rollen lassen. (Bzw. etwas weiter raustreiben lassen) Aber ne 1:33 ist schon echt schnell in Oschersleben.
it's so mesmerizing to see you and this guy riding. exactly like you said, his line is so round like he was riding a 600, and wow his transition is silky smooth. AMAZING
If you're fast enough to race in a televised race, you're faster than 99.9% of the people on motorcycles. The fastest guys from our club were the guys getting lapped in AMA Superbike.
Racing is so much more interesting to me when it's shown from first person like this. I find looking at cars/bikes go past from a stationary perspective quite boring, and watching from the TV angles gives you a much better view of the whole race, but if you could pick your rider and stay with them like this through a season, that'd be awesome
I like the pro look over the shoulder...who the heck is back there its my day off.....jeeze...good stuff great camera work...nice westher.....i raced yamaha 750....FZR....i still miss it thanks
You have improved so much with your new bike. You could've passed him...But you already know that. Excellent riding man. The day is coming when the right person will take notice your ability......... Thanks for posting...
He was basically teaching him his lines. It was given in the description. If Sheridan wanted to breakaway he could've done it easily. Look at him looking back even during cornering at speed to check if he's still being followed so he would know if he needed to slow down or go faster. ..
Nice. Can see the urge to want to go. Looked real stable on brakes and corner. Then looks like 4:49 he ups the anti. They get the power down so well. Sorry, my own tainted memories. I remember an instructor showing me around on my R6 and him on his 1000rr. I couldn’t get over how early he was on it.
Very nice man....I d be surprised if you couldnt beat your previous record on the 600 cc.....LoL....This monster is on another level ;)...Yeah, much harder to ride, of course. Great riding dude ;)
Great riding bro! You definitely gained a subscriber here man!! I ride as well “2014 Zx6r” I’m actually trying to start riding track sometime myself.. Stay safe & keep riding the good ride dude.🤙🏽
Thats how smooth i 'practice' transisions on the streets (in the hills) Only going 20 over the limit to reatrain myself ~75 tops and i never double an advisory sign. Aka if the yellow sign said 45 no more than 70 through the bend if its 15 nopre than 30 ext. Great >safe< way to practice weight transfers and seat positions if you know the roads very well.
Thanks again....who does guy think he is Randy Mamola looking over his shoulder at 90mph...i forgot u can feel the engine revs on ur ribs when some one gets close to u....especially as fast as ur bike is...peace
When i did my first racein the usa at pocono pennsylvania...before i raced they made me flag a 6 hour WERA endurance race...i stood at turn 2 an froze my ass off for 4 hours...but i warched the winner go thru the corner for 6 hours an got to see why he was winning...he set up an got into the corner faster an earlier than everyone else....smoother...Doug Toland...Cycle World suzuki...gsxr 1000...
Its a steering damper. It has a piston inside... Imagine having a bicycle pump attached to the steering, so when you turn the handlebars left/right, the pump(damper) goes in/out. Its used to give the bars some resistance, especially with large force. They reduce what they call headshake or a tank slapper where the steering can get into a wobble - normally throwing the rider off.

I totally agree with you. You should take a look at some of my KTM racing vids.
You can on the MotoGP app
I agree for television but in person seeing bikes or cars come out of the slow corners the acceleration is almost disturbing
I love it how the WSBK rider looks behind you while going fast 1 cheek off. Amazing riding and super great quality of video, sound and all.
Because its an instructor. The instructor sets the pace. This isn't WSBK speeds, this is much slower.
Excellent ! At 3:00 he starts to go faster, but it seems too cool, too easy, too clean ! Bravo !
Music to my ears man...beautiful riding 🏍🙌

The one in front of him drives with this stock (Slick) Motorcycle 1:27.4, Murtanio is fast but not like him...

Wow, this is amazing, you raced someone who has been in several races with Current MotoGP World Champion Francesco Bagnaia
The lean-in is incredible. The sheer courage.
Great riding. So smooth and a great target to follow.
I can see you're gelling with the zx10r
Bring on the 2022 season :)

Loved being on-board for this - 😊
Very nice footage! What ND filter are you using? Are you using any motion stabilization? 60fps recording with superview? Thanks!
This looks like a fun track.

Nice riding, and yes, Shez Show is a great rider to learn from.

murtanio, on kr109 what pressure you use on hot temp? front and back
kr109 2,2-2,3
kr108 big size 1,3-1,4
hot after session
1:52 is the track entrance?????.....Thats a great place to get swept up by someone losing it in that corner.
I can't predict the pressure

Woww man what a riding.. i wish to do a trackday with you.
Whats going on? how is that cbr stock bike this hard pulling against a race bike?
Pro rider who's showing lines and his student. Murtanio wanted to stay behind him for most of the video to learn the lines and brakepoints etc
Nice riding, you're right hander are you?
Excellent!

Is this guy on the white CBR you passed at 0:25 Slaty???
I think so too yeah just checked his Instagram again and I am convinced that it is him :D

@@ShadowDemonSB 🤦🤦
@@StorytimeIST With that being said, he rode hard and looked great.
Made him look back at it 😅
You have him on the direction changes
What is your Sprocket setup
🔥🔥
Not bad, what bike you’re riding….
forgive my ignorance - just an amateur weekender from the states - but why is a PRO on the track w/tail lights?
Sweet 👌
What bike is this
excellent
Es wird langsam :) Warum ist deine TC ausgefallen? Du fährst den Kit-Kabelbaum oder?
What are those red blinking lights on de dash at 4:25?
High revs
So satisfied
is other guy riding stock bike of sort? Still has a brake light.
Can't fool me, it's a replay cam like ride4 😁
Why is he braking so early?
he must like you ..he is just keeping you from hurting yourself trying to keep up.
😍😍😍😍😍

you follow the rider is 1000cc bike or 600cc?
公升級的吧 看那尾燈應該是CBR 1000 RR-R 給對的人騎竟然可以快成這樣 超噁...
Mit der Zeit würdest Du bei den gängigen Renntrainings Rennen die meisten bügeln ;)
kino
i see two pro riders here
Murtanio
you brake very early when entering corners…
