Vito murdered Tommy in the epilogue of M1 who _didn't_ deserve it, just to save his own skin, and that was canon. I feel no sympathy for Vito here in the least, even if this were canonic. I think M3's official canon is that all underbosses live though, so none of this even matters. Just a what if, really.
@Shrimp Lord [GurApostle 9th of the twelve] TF? Why are you so effing angry? Are you related to Vito? LMAO! I meant Tommy didn't deserve it from a societal standpoint. He did his time, went into witness protection with his family, then turned his life around and went legit after helping put away someone way worse than himself. He didn't rob that bank because he lost respect for Don Salieri, he did it because he wanted to go straight but he knew Salieri would never let him. He was smart enough to know where the life would lead him and brave enough to at least try to get what he wanted for himself and disappear, rather than live only with the expectancy of one day becoming a bullet shield for his boss. Tommy saved Paulie and Sam the night he met them, saved Sam again later when he was ambushed and shot and saved Salieri _himself_ from a blood bath at the diner. Not a single one of these life debts were paid back and Salieri should have given Tommy a choice to safely leave the life on principal alone. The vast majority of all crime bosses throughout history have turned informant when faced with prosecution and for every one of theirs they've killed for simply being perceived as a rat, these bosses themselves become rats and bring down whole families, so what's your point? Be stupid and remain loyal in a business that has none? Just shut up and wait for your bullet or your boss to dime you out? Now Vito on the other hand was an absolute mook. He let Henry and Joe talk him into dealing dope on the side, eventually leading to a shootout with the Triads. Henry is killed, they lose the product and can't pay back the loan shark they used to get started in the first place. So now they're scrambling, taking every dirt job they can get to pay back like 60K or something but unlike Tommy, Vito didn't do this because he grew a conscience and saw what he was doing was wrong. No, Vito made his stupid choice completely unnecessarily and not only went outside to family to make money on a permanent basis (Tommy's goal was only to be a one-time thing and get out) but also went into the drug business which is unforgivable to Mafioso leadership. So, in actuality, Vito fucked up the same way you're raging at Tommy (and me) about except there was no redeeming cause for Vito's choices, just petty greed. Even after Vito found out who killed his father and ended them, it had no real significance because after Vito and Joe's fuckup, if Vito had been told the only way to save his life would be to hit his own father, he'd have done it. Unable to think for himself. Just obeys any order that he thinks will allow him to survive. That's who you look up to, right? Vito was always going to be a mindless follower. That's why in Mafia 3 it took absolutely no effort on Lincoln's part to just fold Vito right on in under him. All I'm saying is that in the eyes of society, Tommy was living his life right by making good on his second chance. Of course any Don in Salieri's position would spend the rest of their life holding a vindictive grudge against Tommy and plot revenge, but Vito was just a meathead who got himself into trouble and was willing to kill anyone he was told to if it scratched off some of his debt in just the tiniest amount. Vito wasn't nearly as capable as you give him credit for, he was just a goon that was easy to manipulate and scare. So yes, I did play Mafia 1, and 2, and 3. Sam was always angling and weaseling to be Salieri's right hand and never truly showed gratitude to Tommy for saving his ass. Salieri talked to Tommy all the time about he and Sarah. He knew Tommy was losing his feel for the business. If he had just offered Tommy a way out (even if it was like John Wick's) and Tommy took it, Salieri could have avoided all of the consequences that came after pertaining to Tommy. He wouldn't have gone to jail the way he did and wouldn't have ordered the hit on Tommy. For good or for ill, Tommy saw a chance to raise his family outside of the life he was currently living and had the courage to try to get out of it. There's no conventional way to get out of the life. If you go to your boss and ask to be let out, chances are pretty high you'll be killed for fear of what you know. Very few people are ever allowed to retire from the mafia and even then, you'd pretty much have to be a long-time boss.
I don't want troubles from Vito's fan but Burke is one of best of three of them. Where the heck are these Deaths in the game? Do you just straight up shoot these people to get these cut scenes? I thought they naturally just make it to the end of the game.
It very much bothers me that they didn’t let Olivia Marcano be killed by Lincoln as coldly as Vito, knowing damn well she deserved it far more. If vito rules the city, it will eventually become the vegas of the south If cassandra rules the city, the city fall to ruins and eventually become a ghost town If burke rule the city, it become a wild west where no one is safe So the best possible outcome was to let vito own the most district so teh city can prosper and lincoln finalky leaving all of that behind in searching for a new life.

I still don’t understand why introduce these characters to just kill them off in a lazy way. I wished they had bigger role and more part in Lincoln’s story and life, I know there is multiple endings and you can chose but still I don’t like how they died .

Spoiler about cassandra: if you finish her side quests she reveals that the girl that died isn't her sister but her daughter, her picking up the medallion with her daughters photo when she is dying is a proof that she did everything she did because of grief.
@@Lamp_stock_image I’m sure “I only trafficked drugs and guns because my daughter died” is a viable excuse in a court of law.
@@fish_and-chipsthats literally what the entire game is about lol. Lincoln did everything he did cause his family got killed and he was betrayed. Doesn’t have to hold up in court if he doesn’t plan on being arrested
Man, Burke’s death scene really hit me hard.
"It ain't personal"
"I'd deserve better"
Ruling together is the best way
The best channel for that kind of experience!!!
They shouldn’t have made the option to kill Vito. It just doesn’t feel right
Always made sure that Vito got the keys to the city. He deserved it after all the crap he went through. The only outcome he truly deserved.
his ending is also probably the most peaceful-his relative levelheadedness keeps the city peaceful, if corrupt. i also like to think he makes sure lincoln will never be found by slowly erasing evidence being forever grateful
@@dmitryfalkovich833 agreed.
“Vito’s such a great guy. He deserves the best😊”
Angelo: ya, great fuckin guy that.
If I was Lincoln I would of given everything to Vito Scaletta. Cassandra never seemed totally trustworthy to me and would probably stab you in the back first chance she got!
Yeah I never liked her
@@davaroonid1527 haven’t played it but I hate her already
Cassandra was a race baiter, Vito even asked Lincoln about Cassandra's Race wars wasn't going to do any good
Do you know how bad it was in the 60s on down?! Shes not a race baiter, she was just trying to make black people stronger, giving them guns to protect themselves from the kkk, police and racist in general. And she gave them business to run@@rdg760jr2
Who ever chooses to kill vito should be banned from future mafia games
HOW COULD VITO DIED LIKE THAT IMPOSSIBLE.
The wonky aim of mafia 2 when an enemy is within 4 feet of you strikes Vito ono last time.
I believe that Vito's ending is the best ending, but Clay's ending is the canon ending.
Nope, Lincoln never wanted that life. Vito's ending is most likely the canon one
Amazing video mafia 3 was so much fun
My question is how do you even unlocked the Tommy Angelo pinstripe suit with the hair without the hat honestly when I type Tommy Angelo pinstripe suit on UA-cam anyone can easily see him without hair and with a hat covering his head like how do I unlocked that suit I want it soo Soo Soo bad.
You have to buy the mafia trilogy and have all mafia games in your library then tommy and vito's clothes and cars unlock in mafia 3,Lincoln and Vito's unlock in mafia 1,and Lincoln and Tommy's unlock in mafia 2
@@presidentoftheinternet2327thank you so when I buy all 3 how long should I wait until it’s put as an outfit in my mafia 3 locker outfits
Also where did you get that Lincoln mod from with the hair and the suit because that looks dope.
I made it :) I’ll upload it to Nexus, used it for my Mafia 4 Family Reunion Trailer.
It looks like Vito was directly speaking to us, the player, instead on Clay.
There's no way, Lincoln knows who Derek and Alberto Clemente. He's telling us that we made a bad choice 😂.
Well, that happens if we treat the liutenants just like the enemy ones we subdued in the storyline
Vito was a badass till the end
I know it’s heartbreaking for many fans and all, but goddamn what a well down scene. He went out fighting and spiteful, love it.
Question: How are you all getting these cutscenes?
5:17 Vito’s last words were just like Carlo Falcone’s.”Fuck you!”
Someone who decides to kill Vito Scaletta will have an unforgettable sin, a punishment by death and 100 years of prision
(But not you creator of this channel, i know that you showed this so we could know what options we had, so you don't count)
I cant.... Too much emotions🥺
No way no. WAY when Vito she a good guy I don't thing what is if you kill the Vito how can be happens
I kept them all alive cause I didn’t know they could die until the final conversation before the rule together/alone choice
I'm glad Vito didn't go down without a fight. It doesn't seem like him to just keel over and die like the other two
Vito really was the only one who went down like a real gangster. No tears, no begging, and he even tried to take Lincoln down with him.
Burke looks like ALF
LOL
I can't unsee it now.
He looks closer to Nick Lightbearer from We Happy Few now that I think about it.
///Vito's death should have seen him watering his grass on the front lawn before you rolled up on him/// 😉
The size of vito's balls are huge to try knife attack lincon at his dying moment
It was like im not going alone.
I had to kill Casandra, everytime you gave Vito or Burke some new rackets she always complained and had some slick to say. Burke and Vito never talked slick at the mouth and plus at the beginning of the game we went after the Haitians and I couldn’t kill Burke cause the same people killed his son and linc family and I couldn’t kill Vito cause he was in mafia 2 so Casandra had to go
Where do you even get the chance to kill any of the under bosses? I must have missed that part through my play through
I still haven’t decided the ending & thus never finished the game
How did u get this suit ??
I feel some type of way about Vito being the only one being finished off by shots instead of letting him go on his own
Because Vito is more of a danger compared to burke or Cassandra Lincoln literally double tapped him to make sure he was dead i mean look at Mafia 2 prime Vito was a menace
@@AALion2004 I know he’s dangerous, one of the reasons I like him so much! He was done dirty
@@Unknown22885 its optional to kill Vito tho I guess the option is only there for Tommy angelo fans
@@AALion2004 true I’m glad they don’t force it, the only time I would pick to kill Vito is if it’s an achievement and I’m trying to 100% it

Killing Vito doesn't feel right
His last words are the same as Don Falcone in Mafia 2.
I Ain't ever killing Vito and how can u deny his offer of Bucatini
Can't afford to kill any of them, but if the game forces me to. It would be Cassandra.
Her gang is already Sammy's enemies. Sammy protected the neighborhood from her gang to be a good neighborhood and away from the Haitians. But when you first recruited Cassandra, her demands are to own that place and turns it to a place that Sammy avoids in the first place.
Vito went out like a boss man never saw this because there was no way in hell I was killing him
I see u modded the hairstyle. I use the hippy haircut on Lincoln
Where the heck are these Deaths in the game? Do you just straight up shoot these people to get these cut scenes? I thought they naturally just make it to the end of the game.
im probably late but in game if you don't give districts to a lieutenant they will betray you and you will have to kill them
Hey better late than never, thank you!
It very much bothers me that they didn’t let Olivia Marcano be killed by Lincoln as coldly as Vito, knowing damn well she deserved it far more. If Lincoln’s character had been female, they would have shown her making all of these brutal killings with no problem whatsoever against men, so why create a chivalrous moment for a slaver because Linc happens to be a male?
Wait so how did she end up in bed then?
@@Tismdylan after Lincoln shot her he left her there telling her that she ain't worth the trouble. Cut scene shows she was murdered in her hospital bed. It's obvious that she was taken to the hospital, because she didn't die after Lincoln left her for dead. But her throat was slit by Giorgi.
A cut scene was shown that Giorgi reported back to his father Sal whispering to Sal " I took care of if, from ear to ear like you wanted." And Sal tells Giorgi "Good boy."
@@tommy2times277 thanks sorry I must have missed that bit
@@Tismdylan I sent you the link to that video above. Just click on it for the cutscene.
@@tommy2times277 What's funny is Lincoln rarely killed woman according to Dovoman, but basically the whole Signs of the Times DLC had female enemies and while they are attacking you no doubt, Olivia was shooting at you too, why can't I body slam her too
If they say we'll pay you 50grand just to kill vito in the game, I wouldn't do it. I lived with this character. He was the badass in heart and ofcourse mafia 2 was the game that no game will ever get any close to it
Killing any of the underboss is painfull, but knowing how they would run the city after lincoln leave makes it somewhat easy.
If vito rules the city, it will eventually become the vegas of the south
If cassandra rules the city, the city fall to ruins and eventually become a ghost town
If burke rule the city, it become a wild west where no one is safe
So the best possible outcome was to let vito own the most district so teh city can prosper and lincoln finalky leaving all of that behind in searching for a new life.
What’s the name of the song at the end of each of your videos I like the song
By the light of the Silvery Moon - Bing Crosby
@@MafiaGameVideos thanks
In my playthrough, everyone survived and Vito took over the city after Lincoln left. Here is how you could do it, but it might not earn a lot of earn for the others.
Tickfaw Harbor, Pointe Verdun - Burke
Downtown, River Row, French Ward, Frisco Fields - Vito
Delray Hollow, Barclay Mills, Southdowns - Cassandra
Granted, to maintain loyalty, I completed a handful of favor missions and lieutenant quests as well.
Vito went out swinging like a G.
Tommy is killed by Vito, then Vito is killed by Lincoln. If there will be a mafia 4 what are the chances of that protagonist killing Lincoln 🤔
Killing Vito in this game is like killing Micheal in GTAV. It just feels wrong…
Where do you get that suit?
As many times that I played this game I don’t know how to get to these endings
i gave all districts to Burke
Dang why does the Vito one hit, so does Burke, but the connection to Vito makes it sadder. He doesn't have a speech either 😢just "f--- you"
They should’ve put the mafia 2 theme when Vito dies I basically give Vito the district cause killing him will make you the main villain playing as Lincoln
Same could be said for Vito when he killed Tommy angelo the protagonist of mafia 1
@@AALion2004 Tommy couldn’t kill the girl sam wanted alive and he couldn’t kill Frank to

for a game critic of racism cassandras death was shorter and without dialog and this displeases me
I couldn't get these endings!
Why not
How do you kill the Lieutenants? They've never even given me the option to do that
Ok so if you keep only giving territory s to the other two the one you give less too will eventually get up and leave and then you'll be given the opportunity to kill that underboss
@@darciehillhouse1461 what about the underboss killing you?
@@daltontannery3243 After they walked out but before you do the mission to kill them, they can send hit squads after you while driving around similar to Sal Marcano
Vito really did deserve better...
I used to play this game that end ups on rule together before then I restarted the game again to kill Cassandra and Burke to spare Vito and let him rule the city.
I still don’t understand why introduce these characters to just kill them off in a lazy way. I wished they had bigger role and more part in Lincoln’s story and life, I know there is multiple endings and you can chose but still I don’t like how they died .
I mean they were apart of the story and were a big role they didn’t need to be bigger as they were and also the deaths in the game were optional and the way they died in the game was done well if you ask me.
Its optional, it was simple, from the start, you fuck with them, they fuck with you, you have no other option then to kill em
Hay alguna forma de poder llegar a ésto si ya terminé el juego??
How the hell do I even kill the lieutenants?
Vito's death is the worst ending of all mafia 3 endings.
I didn't get to that point yet I played the game
What outfit is that
Wait....I just finished the game. When does ANY of this transpire? When are we given the option to kill these three? I ruled with all three of them.
If you give significantly less territory to a specific character they get pissed and you have to kill them
When You kill to Cassandra Vito or burke, what do emmanuel alma or nikki
