What if for the student visa i had more than required about 205k czk and on second interview they asked for a new proof of funds, I still have the minimum which is 120k? Does that affect my application? Tho I still have the required for study visa
Ahoj Jan. Czech embassy invited me to interview(student visa) at this Friday. So they wrote on email that I have to bring bank statement from start of period to today. interview officer received that document from me and asked many questions . When I apply to Visa I marked purpose of stay as "other", Mr Council changed to "student". But I dealt with MUP University by LLP (life learning programme) contract that gives to me studying without Nostrfication for one year. They told me to choose "other". But I have paid Nostrfication fee. And again my process continued. Could you say me, please, will they decision to deny my visa?

Hi Jan, The video is very informative. Regarding the No Criminal Record , I am a resident in Germany, So the document need to be appostilled? I read that documents from one EU nation doesnt need to be appostilled for use in another EU member state.

@@umeshjohn Hey Umesh, well, that is the official rule but I do not recommend relying on that and for sure recommend getting the apostille done anyway :)

@Jan , Hope you are doing good. I have question regarding appointment for visa. I am currently working in Czech and having Blue Card. I am applying for long term residence permit for my wife but not able to get through the appointment schedule. The schedule is that it opens on 2nd week Wednesday of every month and within few seconds all slots are full. So it’s next to impossible seeing this track of time, feels like we are sprinting for a race . Is there any other way by which we can take appointments? Can I take the appointment here in Czech on her behalf and she can submit all the documents there?
Is interacting with MOI people to take appointment date will work? because the visa process entirely sucks. If you are not getting a date itself , you are not even in a race of approval and denial .

you are an open and clear-cut advisor! Thanks. But tell me. US Immigration Authorities dont insist on any Document or even ticket as a mandatory proof. It is interesting to note other natons go ga-ga about documents!!!

Jan, regarding proof of funds, I've made visa application last week for a Blue Card (for me) and Long term residence permit (for my wife and my daughter). Since my salary is enough to support them, I've presented my employment contract + financial responsibility letter (saying that I'll support them during the validity if visa with my salary). The lady from consulate, asked us if we wouldn't present bank statement showing my wife has at least 180000CZK in her bank account. We she doesn't has this amount of money because she is unemployed since my daughter was born. Could her visa be denied because we didn't submit the bank statement, and submitted only financial responsibility letter + my employment contract?
Hey! Depends on what she applied for - if residence permit, your salary is enough. If she applied for a visa, then she would need a bank balance.
Hello sir, please my husband got employment contract from Czech republic, the embassy have already booked appointment for him in Abuja on 7th of September 2023, but going through the requirements of bank statements which we don't have enough money in the bank, i don't know if this can result for them to denied his visa appointment? Jan, I have the employee card valid until March 2025. My wife and kids are applying this month (march 2024) for the Residence Permit for the reason of family reunification. Can they apply for a year long visa even though my visa will not be more valid when MOI decides on the application?
If they apply for a visa, that can be shortened based on accommodation and your residence permit.
Dobry den! Jsem čech a pozval sem sveho kamaráda z Egypta na navstevu. Doba 23 dní, budeme cestovat po Evrope - chorvatsko a italie. Pri interview muj kamarad dodal vsechny dokumenty vcetne invitation letter. Je student a studuje v Kahire. Finance problem nejsou. Bohuzel pri interview byl trochu nervozni a popletly se mu data nasich vyletu co mam naplanovane a i zabookovane. Myslite, ze tahle mala chybicka muze ovlivnit vysledek? Moc dekuji za odpoved.

Generally all submitted documents should be submitted in Czech language.

hello sir. Today i had my student visa interview. Before event starting the interview, the Visa officer told me that my visa might get rejected by the MOI because on my passport, only my first name is mentioned and on my CU accommodation letter my first and last name are written. Which means the name is not as per my passport.
Can my visa get reject alone with this reason? 😟 I have already corresponded with my university and they agreed to rectify the mistake.

Jan regarding to proof of funds if i got a job there do i still need to provide the proof of funds even when the company will take care of everything as am going to work for them

@@randyorton1989Well, I do not mind paying money for something that is useful. In this case, it would make sense to pay an agency if:
1. They get you real documents.
2. You will be able to submit your application (which is the biggest scam in most cases I've seen).
3. You will earn more than you spend and or/you will be able to extend your stay in CZE (maybe even bigger scam than number 2).
Ask them questions about this, have it somewhere in written and then decide.

It is possible but it depends on the job. If you find a job that does not require education, you can get a residence permit based on that for sure :)
