For all Mothers I want to share an important info about C- Section form a psychotherapeutic view that unfortunately medical personal don't learn about. C - Section should only be done if there is no other option. Because C- Section is not a birth. The baby is literally missing out on the process of birth, which is a very important process both for the immune system and especially lung health, as well as psychophysical strenght. the baby is activating certain muscles for exiting the birth canal that will have an effect on enduring stress and high energy in life, grounding itself in this reality and bringing things to a completion. C- Section might inhibit the natural activation of some of these aspects.
