      Sam Hyde it’s a little stupid and naive to think you can past go copyright laws by just changing a letter reminds me of when he met Mark cuban and Mark says ”the difference between a millionaire and a billionaire is like having a penny and a thousand dollars” and Patrick says ”so there’s no difference” and Mark goes ”no it’s a huge difference” it’s like the guy just says things before thinking it over sometimes but i think he’s improving anyhow i like listening to him for the most part.

    after following up on robert for the past few months, i almost never listen to my parents anymore for financial advice when i always remember, my rich dad (robert kiyosaki) telling me otherwise. My parents tell me literally what kiyosaki described in both his books... save money, good job, long term investing, house&car is an asset. Its hard to believe what authors/course sellers say when most of them sugar coat their stories for sales, but kiyosaki's explanations are reality. And to this day, he still dedicates his time and effort to keep people update on the state of the economy.

    Robert Kiyosaki is one of the most greatest master mind ever. i love the way he brakes down the mindset of the economy. very understandable. now i could figure out how am i could change my own economy by listening his on view on the economy. very smart Mr. Kiyosaki, very smart. those are the type of people a young guy like me should follow, not those media idiots that are out there, that teach nothing, but bullcraps. What about if you throw bitcoin into the mix ? No one who has held bitcoin for the 4 year cycle has ever lost any money. In fact if you price property in bitcoin everything gets cheaper every four years. How ? because bitcoin unlike the pound is fixed in its supply and the purchasing power gets stronger every four years. For example a house you want to buy today will be cheaper in four years in bitcoin terms. This is why all the leading asset managers are buying and holding bitcoin. Even business are adopting bitcoin to gain competitive advantage. Why and How ? Lets say cashback for example. If you were to offer a customer 5% cashback and give it to them in bitcoin instead of pounds the cashback to them would increaes in value in four years. Hence the 5 pounds given to them in bitcoin would probably be worth 15 to twenty pound in four years. Am I selling bitcoin ? No I just teach other entrepreneures how it works. No spamming or emails. Just some food for thought. You can subscribe to my channel if you wish to learn about bitcoin, Thats it. Tony.

    Good mindset within a corrupt monetary system. Getting a degree and a job and working hard, there's nothing wrong with that. It's just like Robert said, obsolete. So if you're a college student, please keep going, entrepreneurs also need Human Resources, teams, more than they need money. Money is abundant, and skilled people are rare globally

    Unemployment only counts the people who are looking for a job which used to be almost everybody. Thats not the case anymore. Now there are a bunch of people that are completely content with no job. So thats why the figures are off. So we arent really being lied to, we are being deceived.

    Rich Dad Poor Dad is a great book. But this is terrible advice for everyone who isn't wealthy. Leveraging debt may be beneficial if you're in the Investor quadrant but 99% of people will take this out of context and think it's smart to get into debt.
    Time is the currency of the wealthy, money is the currency of the middle class, debt is the currency of slaves.

    Anybody can become rich. There is no such thing as a bad economy, if we have the mind set of a rich person. Debt and taxes make the rich richer, and the poor and middle class poorer. Create a business, acquire real estate, and don't invest in the stock market. A real entrepreneur when falling down, learns from his mistakes and goes even higher than before.

      Only >1% of people are actually good at the stock market and the market is fake. Snapchat lost value when Kylie Jenner said she doesn't use it much. It's fake, totally fake. Real estate is real and worth investing in because it's REAL. You need real estate to live, work, take vacations, shop, buy things, and more. You have to have land in society to survive. Once you own real estate you can rent/lease it for MRR (monthly recurring revenue).

    I understand that, but slave type jobs also kills the entrepreneurial spirit. We are trapped, as there are advantages and disadvantages. Socialism only works until you run out of other people's money as Thatcher once said. Capitalism doesn't work either because greed overtakes. Communism doesn't work either, dictatorship is not the way. A new type of thinking is needed in today's times, but not by hurting the middle class.

    Thank you for this incredible interview... wow...

    • @marcodanieletto7222
      @marcodanieletto7222 4 роки тому +1

      When they print (i.e. they do quantitative easing) two things happen:
      - first, they print because they can't stimulate the economy lowering interest rates further (because interest rates are already very low... like now);
      - second, the more money are hanging around the less value they have (demand-supply), which means that putting more money out increase inflation (so as time goes on you can buy less stuff using the same amount of money).
      In conclusion, when money are printed you have low interest rates and high inflation.
      Littleraly it means that cash is trash (as Ray Dalio says)... what's the purpose of having money if they lose value in time and if lending them you're not getting rewarded with a premium??? There is no sense on having savings in cash/money.
      Central banks around the world are having negative interest rates... so they are lending money to private banks giving them a premium to keep their money (this is strange right?? someone pays you to keep his money... what does it mean?? that central banks prefer not to keep money in.... so it means that money worths more than what they will worth in the future... this is scary, but if you know it you can act accordingly).
      The best things to do are:
      - making your money work as an enterpreneur (instead of keeping them in your bank account);
      - invest in assets that keep value in case a downturn happens (and it will happen soon);
      - keep a fair amount of your savings in gold (what Robert calls "God's money"), something link 15% of what you have sitting in your bank account.
      Greetings from Itlay Adam! ;)

    The school system began to fail right after the 1960's what happened then you may ask? Well first and foremost let's talk about why schools were founded in the first place! Schools were founded strictly and solely for learning how to read and understand the Bible. Along with teaching kids morality and logical thinking. Everything we needed and continue to need is the Bible(not religions not Pope's =or so called gods on earth)All of our history is in this one book inspired by God. It contains everything dating back to when he first spoke our world to existence to this exact date.
    (hence the name UNI meaning one and VERSE meaning speak in or spoken to existence)
    If you analyze and meditate on the scripture you can uncover all the information you need in life the Bible is even a paradigm for sales. It goes hand in hand just like the Bible has its 10 commandments so does sales the Bible mentions the law of sowing and reaping among others they're key factors to being a successful sales person leader or entrepreneur! Am I right or am I right!?
    Many believe that this generation is the smartest and most advanced in technology but one question I always ask myself is if we're so smart then why are most people blindly following what we're taught and not taking the time to simply think logically and do their own research and experiments without their scientism ways of thinking.. and by the way this is a book has yet to be proven wrong.
    It's so ironic that we not only took God out of school but out of the constitution and our anthem and then started teaching everything that contradicts the Bible. 1. The Evolution Theory & the Big Bang Theory 2. The world is a globe 3. Planets that don't exist including the moon (the moon and the sun are lights not objects the lord states Genesis 1:14-18 "let there be light in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night... And God made two lights; the greater light to rule the day , and the lesser light to rule the night:he made the stars also... and God saw that it was good" 🤔🤔🤔 how smart are we really if people still believing that a horizon aka a HORIZONTAL line can be "curved" ? I could go on and on about this topic but sadly humans tend to make the same mistakes over and over again and I can't force anyone to believe in what they don't want to just like I can't force someone to buy my service/product if they don't want to . At the end of the day they are going to choose what ever is more convenient 2 THEM even if it's not the right thing.

    I think most of the things he says are true, but not all. Something about him comes off as sales like which I don't like.

    “…..and the Dow is at 18,000.” Now, years later, it’s at 40,000, and since the interview we’ve printed 40% of all dollars ever in circulation. We’ve thrown trillions of fake Fiat currency at the economy, and inflation is skyrocketing. Everything he says is correct in the environment that he described has only gotten worse.

    What Robert says school education will be obsolete once someone graduates is wrong.....He forgets in school before are taught how to think for themselves and solve problems....Its not like they absorb TBs of raw information like sponges...And there are primary fundamentals people are equipped to help them think for themselves,Moseley Law cant bend them as he thinks would!

    Mr. Kiyosaki ,when you say knowledge becomes obsolete every eighteen months, could I possibly be reading out dated information when I read Rich Dad; Poor Dad since you wrote it decades ago? Just curious.

    Great Interview but heads up, Pat says he didn't like the interviews below 40 minutes... Now I'm sure that was the case with jerry springer but robert seems to me at least to be a fairly down to earth dude and a positive interview. IDK But then again he did another interview that was an hour with robert, So I think this is an anomaly.

    I agree more with the financial principles/ teachings of Dave Ramsey .
    Kiyosaki has good ideas but I don’t believe his principles are applicable to all aspects and careers , whereas Dave Ramsey’s ideas are.
    Great video Pat

    Great interview Patrick, however I wish It could ended up with an action plan for entrepreneurs, it's easy to say no to pay checks when you make 33 millions a year but for new entrepreneurs with family and bills to pay is not so easy, It would be great if you could make a video about first steps for smooth switching from employed to entrepreneurship. I felt the connection when Robert talked about leaving Xerox company but what did he do after exactly? how did he started making some income to pay the bills by end of the month? Cheers.

      Diego there are two extremely good books that will help answer your questions and how to make that transitions and it is the E-Myth and Rich Dad's Cashflow quadrant if you have yet to read those are the two I would highly recommend. This also goes out to anyone who has the same question like that.

    • @Kennan_Davis
      @Kennan_Davis 7 років тому +2

      It's gradual. Also seek other outlets of making money, not just slaving for a wage. You'll find it easier although potentially still difficult depending on the methods you choose. However any other methods on top of potentially your salary/slave wage will do you nothing but justice
