When I bring up the circle from my library, and then try to put text to path, I get an error message telling me that I can't. I need an ungrouped line to put text to. What did I do wrong?

Same here. Try this while holding down your mouse key slide the cursor slightly right then choose. I think you have to keep the mouse key down

It depends if you are using a Mac or PC. If on a Mac you need to click and hold the right mouse button, on a PC its a left click. I mention this in the video as I use both and always forget. :)

Why do my phrases never start where I want them with type to path? It only works on the top of a circle. No matter where I click on the circle. I am using SCAL 5 pro

Can you create text for "writing" instead of "cut" that can be uploaded into Design Space. eg: spiral path text for a card?

Hi, How do you do this with SCAL 5 Pro? When I click on the Text icon, if I click on it & keep it held down I do see the options, but it won't stay optional for me to use. Is there something else I need to do or uncheck somewhere????
