I Had Another Ovarian Cyst Surgery & It Didn't Go As Planned

Today's video is part one of my recent health journey with another ovarian cyst surgery. It's been a couple of months since this was filmed but I still wanted to post this video to share my struggles and experience.
A quick disclaimer regarding the Endometriosis; I have done a lot more research since this video was made and have much more knowledge on the subject. I realize that some of the things I said about Endo are not completely correct but I still wanted to include the footage to show how confusing and frustrating this process has been. I have also learned a lot more about my own body so that will be included in the upcoming updates.

Trust your intuition ! Absolutely right I’ve been studying while waiting YEARS for surgery now my cyst is HUGE surgery is in 2 weeks from now

I have endometriosis and develop endometriomas a type of cyst that are filled with blood and scar tissue I’m waiting for a op in 2 weeks for excision surgery I’m in the uk. I have it on my bowel also and affects my digestion. It’s a life long condition that can’t be healed but you can do many things to manage symptoms. I hope you feel better soon and get more answers x

Well, feeling how it began to shrink and eventually disappear within 2 months was so liberating. I followed the steps I mentioned, and within the first 2 weeks the bloating was gone. I simply go'ogled Tilly Strankten's Ovarian Cyst Guide and it's like I hit the feel-good reset button lol.
