Same, I used to see both separations from my TF as completely negatives, but after some time and starting to find myself spiritually this time, I see it as the perfect opportunity for a new beginning with my TF. To be able to remove all energies which no longer serve me or my purpose and am currently purging myself so that reunion will be the best reunion. When I watch your videos, I feel highly pissed off at the whole thing and even feel a sense of embarrassment being a df, because of what we are forced to ‘tolerate’ and understand. But then the day after, I feel a deep sense of peace. Us twinflames work on our surroundings in mysterious ways 💕🌒

I have to say, I’ve been feeling so light lately. Today, was the best day I’ve had in a while since I’ve become aware of this connection. I went into work (how I met my counterpart) so there was literally tons of reminders of them at every turn but it still didn’t put me in a state of sadness not even slightly. I still carry a certain something (can’t explain) with them but the sadness was something I couldn’t live with. Affirmations and meditation have paid off. I still have a ways to go.
So true dearest Pradnya ❤ I was an ordinary Goldsmith and housewife before and my life changed in the split-second when my twin opened my Kundalini and it drove me to seek solace in yoga and consequently I became a yoga instructor who has now given much solace, Faith and Hope to my community during covid via Zoom yoga classes.

Oh, my god, THANK YOU. Thank you so much. I have been trying to figure this whole thing out, I've been feeling crazy, it's been years; I can't tell you how grateful I am for this. I literally have to go back and take notes. I have been watching a lot of videos and reading - trying to figure out what in the everloving thing was going on - and there was only one person who had a framework that seemed to make sense...but it didn't resonate all the way for me. I couldn't figure out why until literally this video. His perspective is that as your twin flame, you are dealing with the other half of your soul and therefore you have to reach a neutral energetic state for your twin flame to come back and stop being repelled by you. A lot of what he says works, but it isn't quite right...and that's because this truly is about love. It's wholly missing the love component.
Other twin flame people do talk about love but it is in an unhealthy way, in my opinion. Your explanation preserves the importance of learning how to love but in a way that doesn't compromise someone.
Also, holy moly, the idea of separation being what drives someone to explore non-3D avenues to contact their twin - that totally blew my mind. Before this I was an atheist, and happy, and the idea of astral planes and telepathy sounded crazy to me. But after this situation, there was too much for me to ignore; demonstrably too much to ignore that I couldn't discount from a science perspective. So now everything is back on the table and it's so unnerving how much quantum physics explanations match what I am seeing *relationally*. which doesn't make sense AT ALL.
I hate not knowing, I hate feeling crazy, I hate feeling like I'm not logical and rational - I was like this before the twin flame experience - and so I'm going through a process that encompasses all of these things (which have been protective mechanisms for me) and being forced to be vulnerable in life.

For me, you saved my Spiritual Twin butt so many times in the last 2 days that you have no idea. The Universe is just answering my questions as I listen to this. My setting is so unusual... I had and somehow still sometimes having a hard time understanding why this is like this and why i was awakened and she hasn't. And everything you say makes sense. I am having my kundalini awakened at the moment and I guess you can imagine how things are. She literally showed up, hit my coconut with some kundalini and went her mary way again.

Absolutely! everything happens according to the divine plan! (Yet you have your free will and it is equally important)
As I said, separation will happen for seemingly unreasonable reason or no reason. Yes it is painful when you actually go through it, but trust the process. There is a higher reason for what has happened. Try not to judge anyone or their decisions.
Because everything you pointed out that would happen to someone going through TF separation has started happening to me, every doubt about her being my TF is now gone. I couldn't be more grateful. And looking forward to growth. Forever thankful ❤

Great insights Pradnyaa. So rightly said that do not blame your twin for the separation, that is the most important thing to know to come out of the separation. Instead look for what is it that you need to heal, how your behaviour/thoughts reflect your ego. And your guides will help you in this. I was once told by my guides that your twin does not have free will in understanding your feelings. If you are feeling angry at them for your fights/arguments, please dont. See the fights/arguments as being orchestrated by the Divine. From my experience, I can say that the separation will end when you have healed.

One of the biggest challenges that I've faced within my personal journey is the fact that I've met my TF in the higher dimensions first and things move so much faster in the higher realms, the 5D and so on. Where we came into alignment and agreement in the 5D, and then having to anchor that experience in the 3D, you essentially start from scratch again. This has made things so tough bc you see what the outcome may be, then need so much patience to have that potential in the 3D. But I have been working on my expectations and not holding things up to "potential", and it helps me stay in alignment so that his 3D self can become his 5D which I am seeing him slowly be without me expecting it anymore. Faith is definitely driving that :) Thank you!! This video is so accurate!

You are by far the best teacher on this journey on the whole internet. But I think separation is not a stage on the way to union. Separation is necessary to make you aware that there is already and always union on the level of 5D reality. Separation opens you up to the idea of 5D and the realization that 5D is much more real that 3D, ego based, earthly reality. Not to be dismissive about that but we are always in union in 5D. We just experience separation when we look from a 3D perspective. The challenge is to integrate the 5D perspective in this 3D life. That is what lightwork, ascension or raising your vibration is. Whether union in the physical will happen depends on the soul plan (made before coming into this life) and on both TFs free will. Btw, the more you experience 5D, the less you ‘need’ 3D union. Bc then you accept where you are and trust divine timing.

In fact there are NO stages in this journey. We describe stages just to structure this experience in some way.
But those stages overlap, repeat, in non-linear fashion till you learn what you were supposed to learn.
And I don't consider 'separation' as one of those stages in this journey.

This was in 2014 during Durga Ashtami that I met my twin flame. I can never express in words what all ups and down I went through during the journey. Some days were so emotionally brutal that it made me sick. The love that we felt was beyond any earthly connection we ever had till the age of 25yr old when we met. By the time we met I was already married and rejected the feeling of having any romantic relation with anyone because it would be wrong ethically in societal view. As much as I thought about society, the more I felt strongly that there is something beyond this world between us. It was like when you keep 2 magnets away and you can feel the immense pull to be together. It was a long distance relation hence meeting them after a break use to be like meeting them after many lives, the hugs I can still feel now. The touch would be so strong that after days of coming back it will still remain intact in my body. I started feeling their energy around me always and started seeing world from their eyes. I was always in healing and meditation practices before meeting them but after I met them as if like a new paradigm of my life opened Infront of me. They were never interested in meditation or any kind of spiritual practice. Back then I never knew about something like twin flame exist hence I tried to get away with the relation due to societal pressure. I became runner for few days but wanted them to chase me. Slowly things changed and due to pr-destined factors we separated this time for 4 years and its still on. I can still feel their energy and see them in dream its been 4 years I am chasing them for no reason and trying to make myself understand that may be I am mad, but thanks to GOD I came across Irina Nola and Pradnya pandit after reading you both it felt like each and every word told by you both has been lived by me all this years. The last time when I tried to meet them, I was thrown out of the house at midnight in a unknown city and I spent all night alone crying and howling thinking that may be I am a psychopath to follow someone so intensely when they just don't want to be contacted, little did I know the big picture. I am blocked everywhere its been 4 years to that horrific night, still I wish them on their birthday by email, this year 2023 I received reply saying don't contact me back as its of no use. After they replied I felt immense happiness for 1-2 week just smiling without reasons. I have been seeing immense strong dream of them calling me and confessing how much they wanted to talk to me. I am seeing mirror numbers a lot, don't know what's next a union or another roller coaster ride for many years. Whatever it is the love I feel for the person is beyond worldly expression. Ofcourse I am very much straight (in 3D world view relation type) and had so many boy friends before my marriage but I did not know that I can love so intensely to a girl. Yes that’s too tough for me to accept back those days! but again thanks to you Pradnya mam for helping me in my ascension.

But I feel as if the original pain of being apart has been renewed. I was thinking I was doing fine before I reached out. My dying wish would be to hug him one last time. 💔

It is said that separation is protection and preparation for later physical union. It is individual preparation for 5D Ascension. Considerably different from our 3-D experiences. It is indeed a journey and connection of the one Soul. 💕😇

I feel so stuck.
I've been working on myself for so long now. I don't even know what else I need to work on.
The one that keeps popping up in my mind's eye doesn't seem to want to be with me.
