thank you !! :) if you're not using a 1080x1080 comp, you can create a null layer and change its position to 540,540 and then parent your layer to it and add the shake! and for shakes with the 'transform' effect, just change the position and anchor point according to your comp (for example, if your comp is 1280x720, your position and anchor point on the transform effect are 640,360). hope this helps! ^^
