    Small tip:
The 'masculine personal' doesn't only include groups of men (twoi chłopacy [your boys], twoi synowie [your sons], etc.), but it also includes groups of both men and women, all grouped together (twoi pracownicy [your workers], twoi ludzie [your people], etc.).
In short, for it to be 'masculine personal', at least 1 man must exist within the group.
Only, if the groups are all women, then it can be 'non-masculine personal' (twoje pracownice [your workers {female}], twoje siostry [your sisters], etc..)

      Great explanation!

That is the same rule that exists in the Romance languages with regard to personal pronouns. As long as there is at least one male or masculine noun, the default gender in the plural is always masculine, so even in a group of 99 women and one man, that group will always be referred to in the masculine plural!

Masculine nouns that end with "a" never were a problem for me, because every single masculine noun, that ends with "a" has the meaning of a masculine person. And so it is no problem to remember that for example the word "mężczyzna", which means "Man" is masculine.
