  • Titus and Donovan discuss Forgiveness! I pray that this message was a blessing to you.
Check out my new channel too if you wanna see more Donovan! @DonovanMercer
Matthew 6:14-15 KJV For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you: But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.
Mark 11:25 KJV And when ye stand praying, forgive, if ye have ought against any: that your Father also which is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses.
Mark 11:26 KJV But if ye do not forgive, neither will your Father which is in heaven forgive your trespasses.
James 4:11 KJV Speak not evil one of another, brethren. He that speaketh evil of his brother, and judgeth his brother, speaketh evil of the law, and judgeth the law: but if thou judge the law, thou art not a doer of the law, but a judge.
James 4:12 KJV There is one lawgiver, who is able to save and to destroy: who art thou that judgest another?
Romans 12:19 KJV Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord.
Romans 12:14-16 KJV Bless them which persecute you: bless, and curse not. Rejoice with them that do rejoice, and weep with them that weep. Be of the same mind one toward another. Mind not high things, but condescend to men of low estate. Be not wise in your own conceits.
Romans 12:17-19 KJV Recompense to no man evil for evil. Provide things honest in the sight of all men. If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men. Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord.

Ignore the name I use. I'm a disabled widow of 65 and I have three black cats that I love. Nothing more, nothing less. Titus, I had an amazing gift from the Holy Spirit and God lifted me out of a deep depression. A build up from a traumatic childhood and then a marriage to an alcoholic and drug addicted husband. I had become so stagnant because of repressed anxiety. I was in bad shape for so many years and then had this experience with God. Being a Christian all my life, I never knew the peace that can be given by God to an open and pure heart. Then I found you, Titus! I have found in you a kindred soul and I start every morning listening to you. What a blessing! May God be ever present in you as you minister to others. Your words and life speak to so many, me included. God Bless You, Titus Morris, my brother❤

Please pray for help for my son who has braindamage from the DPT shots. His system was poisoned by the DPT shots when he was a baby. He is grown now, but still cannot talk. Please pray for a miracle healing and that God will help him to have loving, kind people to take care of him . Ephesians 4:32 He really needs our prayers, please.

I loved your story about your Dad Titus. I no longer look at life as filled with coincidences or luck or even chance, but I look on life through the reality that God is sovereign and providential in every situation in every moment in every nanosecond of my life. It's so cool how God orchestrated the circumstances to bring you and your father closer together.
I was once trying to reach one of my neighbors with the gospel who was an atheist. Years talking to him sharing with him little bits here and there, his heart was very hard. He had a deep anger and bitterness toward God. It was all rooted in seeing his mother suffer and die when he was young. He saw his mother as undeserving and God as a tyrant.
Anyhow, I had been witnessing to him for years whenever doors would open. There was a time when someone was coming by my property and tearing out fence boards one at a time. Randomly throwing them in my yard or up into my trees. One day, Jim came over to my house and said I noticed that someone has been vandalizing your fence for several weeks. I said yes Jim and if I catch him I'm going to place that fence board up his rear. The words just flew out of my mouth. Instantly I came under conviction. In that moment I could not explain to him how I had just come under conviction because he laughed and walked away. But in that moment I knew that I had become hateful in my heart towards this vandal whom I did not even know. I remember saying to God I repent forgive me. I was overcome with a deep desire to pray for that person rather than hate. So I began praying for the vandal. I did not know who was vandalizing my fence. I prayed God would convict them and change their heart. From that day Not another fence board was removed from my fence after that. Of course I gave God the glory and thanked Him. The beautiful part of it is that later Jim came to me again and said I noticed that you haven't had any more fence boards removed. To which I replied. Jim, you will not understand this but I was so deeply convicted by my attitude last time we spoke and I asked God to forgive me as you walked away, I told him that I had began to pray for the person vandalizing my property. That in Gods word we are called to love our enemies. I said I do not know what God did in his providence regarding that person but I know God heard my heart and answered my prayer. I call that the Providence of God. I often like to reflect on the story about Jacob and Joseph and his brothers and how all their sinful actions turned out Ultimately for good. My sinful actions that day created the circumstances that led to a very powerful testimony to Jim. It was one of those moments when he just looked at me in silence for a long moment. And then dismissed himself to go back over to his house. He never did tell me how that impacted him, but I know it had a profound effect on him that day. I could see it in his eyes.
Jim had a very hard heart, he told me one day that he didnt tolerate folks who came to him with thier religions and bibles and such. He went on to say but with you its different, for some reason I don't mind listening to you talk about your God. I give God all the praise and glory for that open door. To my knowledge Jim has still hardened His heart, I sold my home and moved out of state. We were neighbors for many years. I pray for Gods mercy and grace to abound to Jim, that God would remove the spiritual blindness and give him a new heart.

This is an amazing video!!! Donovan, thank you so much for your explanation on what you went through to fund forgiveness. The scenario about replaying stuff in your head and thinking about what your going to do next. THATS WHAT I DO!! I just started reading the bible January 1. I follow a devotional book that tells me what to read day by day to be able to read the entire Bible in 1 year. Since then I found Titus and have been watching almost daily. I have stuff replaying in my head all the time from more than 30 years ago. Thank you to the both of you for this beautiful message.

The Lord is firm and faithful, but we are gentle spirits remember. Trust the Lord in all things because we know as mere human minded people, we are so sinful. Jesus teaches us to be full of grace and mercy so we remain gentle in spirit, or you be letting devil take you over and then God will have to make it right. Never test God. Thanks Titus you have a very gentle but firm spirit. MOre people need to learn that from you. We dont need self righteous people in this world we need gentle spirits just like Jesus.

Thank you for that, gentlemen. I'm watching this from England. I had a similar experience of having hatred toward a parent who hurt me as a child and it took me many years to forgive them but I did in the end. I could still be more forgiving of other people in my life today who annoy me instead of cursing them. I definitely still have some residual bitterness to let go of.

Good stuff guys. It is very difficult for people to grasp that forgiveness is necessary for personal growth and peace and acceptance of ones own trespass but that forgetting is entirely different. I recently spoke with a friend about this, as I cut someone from my life who I felt very uncomfortable with due to some of his behaviours. I forgive him for things that have happened but will not forget nor place myself in situations where I feel uncomfortable again due to his presence. A mutual friend could not understand that if I had forgiven this man why was I not associating with him. I spoke with my friend about this and have just sent him this link.

We often blame the devil when it's our own fallen flesh our pride. Satan doesn't have to trick us or cause us to be evil we are evil by nature of the fallen flesh. The unredeemed flesh given opportunity will bring death. We are to crucify the flesh, our battle is with the flesh, Satan wars against the truths of Yahweh. The flesh wars against the Spirit.

It really used to annoy me when people went for restroom breaks or leave without singing at the end. Whatever person is giving sermons, yes it’s great to hear in totality human to human but when we sing we are singing to and for our father in heaven. Why would we want to miss it that’s the best part and the singing makes all of us gleaming and feeling awesome. Perhaps we could be mindful of this before a pee break and just hold it I’m very very sure god would stand and clap in awe.

Thank you, Titus and Donovan! I have really, really needed this discussion as I've been grappling with this problem over two people who have hurt me so badly last year. I told God I couldn't take this pain and suffering into the New Year, and He took it away. I still struggle to forgive and see the situation differently, but you're correct that God's punishment is worse than what I could have imagined. I already know those two have been suffering as a result of their actions. (Yes, the prideful part of me takes joy in that knowledge, but I also admittedly take comfort in it. I am human.)
Even so, you also answered my question about how God forgives if we forgive, despite having already died for our sins. So, thank you for that explanation. I'm glad you two have found each other. Donovan, I heard a bit of your story on Peter Santanello's video and wish you the best! You are a good young man.

    Blessings Titus and company 🙏‼️
Forgiveness Is to enter the kingdom of God* where the Love of Light is all you need .
Where darkness can not prevail, not staying in that same negative reactive position. Leave darkness and those who choose to stay in it.
    Seek your your Path .!!
One can forgive for Wisdom teaches us not to repeat those scenarios that temp us into the road of easy reactions without forethought, that would lead us to darkness.
For the Path of Love and bliss is narrow and full of thorns, one most be able to differentiate which is which, you have a choice which one you will follow.!!
    Love Light & Wisdom ❗

This was a really helpful video. I struggle with anger and resentment daily. Not so much my family as just dealing with the general public. I live in New York . A few hours north of NYC but so many people have that demanding "chip on the shoulder" attitude that New Yorker's are infamous for. It becomes a struggle to have patience with them.
What Donovan said about forgiving his parents resonated so deeply with me. Just knowing the little I do about him from Peter's latest video garners my respect.
I know the Lord has guided me to these channels and people to learn and feel a sense of camaraderie.
    Peter 4:8-10
“Above all, love each other deeply because love covers over a multitude of sins. Offer hospitality to one another without grumbling. Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.”

Forgiveness is one of my hardest things to do. I've done a lot better, but I've also learned not to be around those who purposely try to be hurtful.
And yes, I want to see more Donovan. I subscribed to his channel as well.

I can attest to God setting up the perfect opportunity to ask for forgiveness/ have a conversation/ intervene in a situation. He will put you in the right place at the right time. He has done this SEVERAL times in my life, and each time I am just in awe of how He works. So I got excited when Titus started telling the story of asking his dad for forgiveness. If you are struggling with needing to ask someone for forgiveness, ask God to put your pride aside, and trust in Him that He will provide an opportunity for you to do so.

Some things are hard to forget. For me, when a memory of it pops up, now I try not to take it as a sign that I must defend my taking revenge or not forgiving, but that forgiving means asking for God’s help to forgive that person, every time the memory comes up.
I think that each time I forgive each individual thing a person did that hurt me, next time it isn’t as hurtful a memory.

Donovan I loved your testimony and can see that you truly believe in and love Jesus, that you are not just a hearer of the word but a doer of it.
I loved it when you said it is good to have two or three witnesses from the scriptures when discerning Gods word.
The Apost Peter referred to the written revelation of Yahweh as being the more sure way, as opposed to our feelings or our experiences.
The bible says that our hearts (minds) are deceitful and corrupted, and that we should not lean upon our own understanding but let the prophets be subject to the prophets. It is so important that we maintain a high veiw of scripture and bring Gods word to our experiences rather than our experiences to the word. For Gods word is the more sure way to hear our Father to hear our Savior to hear the Holy Spirit. The more sure way to see the attributes the character and the persons of the God head, the Trinity. The written revelation is the more sure way to draw near to the Father Son and the Holy Spirit. For by it we are saved, our minds renewed and lives sanctified, for by it we are called.

"Father forgive them for they know not what they do". That quote speaks to the natural law dynamics of a contract. In a contract you have to have at least three things, compensation, agreement, and full disclosure. You have to know what it is you're agreeing to. They didn't know. Jesus recognized that dynamic.

This message was a direct response from the Father to me in that I have been trying to figure out how to forgive people who severely abused me as a child and then as a spouse I was domestically violated, through some very extreme and twisted criminal acts. I have harbored hate for all this because my life has been one travesty after another. I am 58 years old and a believer yet I have struggled with this due to not being able to figure out how to forgive such heinous acts without feeling like I was putting a stamp of approval on what they did or sending the message that it is “okay”. This really helped me on so many levels and answered so many questions for me … I am grateful and praying right now for the Creator to help me forgive and turn them all over to Him … thank you.

So you can move in light heartedness gentleness softness grace light love and peace. Health shall be yours when you do this, because now you can flow equipped in the blessings of the Father and mother earth. The holy Spirit speaks to you and the vessel temple will be well. In Jesus sacred beloved name, amen. And so it is done. That is my forgiveness.

If you keep praying about it and be honest with God. I was having a really hard time forgiving someone who hurt me a few years ago and I told the Lord how I felt but how much I honestly wanted to forgive the person. I asked the lord to help me. Forgive as an act of your will and don’t worry about the feeling of forgiveness, It will come after your obedience.

There was a woman accused of adultery and the crowd wanted to stone her. They asked Jesus, what should we do? Jesus lined them up and said, "Okay, now, whichever one of you who has never sinned get's to throw the first stone". No one could step up. Then someone said, "Jesus, you have never sinned. You throw the first stone!". With that Jesus said, "Yeah, you're right. But guess what? As soon as I do, I will have committed my first sin". They all looked away and faded into the city. (paraphrased with embellishment)

judging does not equal condemnation ... God calls us to judge all things ...judging isnt wrong , how else would you get through life if you werent able to judge situations that arise in your life ...hypocritical judging is wrong ...

Even Satan and the wicked are instruments in the hands of Yahweh. Yahweh by the hands of evil men poured out His full wrath upon His own Son for our transgressions for our iniquity. Jesus blood purchased us, His righteousness justified us, His word sanctifies us, we have been adopted by our heavenly Father.
This is what moves us to repentance and forgiveness and to trust YAHWEH.

Titus, you are a good man and I am sure you believe you're doing what you believe is right and true. I'm a Roman Catholic. Our church is not the beast. There's good and evil everywhere but I too believe in Jesus and not man. If it wasn't for the apostles and the church you wouldn't have the bible although Luther changed it to satisfy his own teaching. We love everyone and I love you and forgive you for what you say against Jesus's church. I hope you bring yourself to study and dig deeper into church history and not be blinded. Blessings.

Please don't put your ambitions ahead of your conscience. I have made this mistake and it cost me greatly. A great book that I recently read for the 2nd time is Crime and Punishment by Dostoevsky, an Orthodox Christian, it explores the psychological and spiritual consequences of commiting a sin for the sake of ambition.
