I'm not a Christian, but I do believe in the G-d of Israel, and I am extremely disabled. I have paranoid schizophrenia and carpal tunnel, but because of Hashem's favor I was healed of carpal tunnel and with my medication I basically don't hear voices anymore. Favor created miracles on my life that I cannot explain in the natural.

Early this year I started doing some Art Work. I was constant for 8 months and I started posting my Art Work in groups on Facebook. I get so much Love and support from people that I don't even know and I've had people encouraging me to keep going and I even had people that were inspired by me.

I received the email and Joel's message hit me. I was raised without a father who didn't take care of me. My family kept saying negative things about me, my siblings, and my mom. They abused my mom. She struggled with us. It was hard growing up and seeing my mom cry every day trying to make ends meet. Sadly she recently passed away. My family till today keeps saying negative things about us. I pray every day to God to say that what they say I will never become, God will bless me to be who he wants me to be. He shall bless me. Their words crushed me but I know God will deliver me. Joel thank you and continue to pray for me. I will receive the blessings in Jesus' name. Amen 🙏 🙏 🙏 I may live far but words have power, and prayer is powerful. I believe in the power of prayer. Please pray that Marie has really learned her lesson about not accepting anything from anyone outside of the family. Especially if it is a rule of the family. When one has the resource for whatever is within the family(short of God). She is not allowed to spend Christmas 2022 with her family due to her going against such a rule of her family.
I have never heard Joel osteen talking about spiritual sucess.....
Only talks bout healing body, overcoming difficulties and so on... all things thats below the sky.

Hello R___. Because the work of faith (John 6:29) is dependent on God's Word (and "faith comes by hearing, by God's Word"). This is constantly presupposed in all of Osteen's parables and exhortations.
My friend also said,
Joe Dunn If the problem of sin is not solved, there is no way to solve the difficulties. The army of the Lord Jehovah began to fight after peoples confessed their sins and repented.
I answered,
R___, On solving the problem of sin:
Also God doesn't always send his messenger to call out sin directly in every moment, but indirectly. The Prodigal Son in the end confessed his problem: sin. But his father, in God's place, never mentioned his son's sin. When the son began to confess, the father interrupted him and said "Bring the best robe and put it on my son!"
So also Joel's illustrations and exhortations indirectly call one to examine his heart and motives, and change = turn = repent.
But if that's not enough to satisfy the religiously difficult, how is it that Osteen ends every sermon -- every -- by leading in the prayer, "I repent of my sin!" ?

Sometimes we do not realize what the power of a blessing is. And sometimes it can happen without us even knowing that it happened. Asking God for a blessing sometimes can be disappointing for some people. But it is up to God to see if that blessing should be granted. I once knew a person that used to think that God is for making wish to. God is not a wishing well he answers prayer when he sees that it is one that should be granted. My grandmother used to say to be careful what you are praying for because it might come true.

I always picked one of his sermons when I felt I needed some advice and I can’t tell how many times he was right on the message, even now I was getting a little disappointed because I’ve been trying and trying to sell my book and I have not seen the results and what he said just touched my heart.
