    When it comes to parkour training there is no such thing as "bad weather" though.

      +TappBrothers should we worry about minor injuries that take long example wrist pain mine has been hurting for 2-3 months

    • @TappBrothers
      @TappBrothers  8 років тому +1

      +Deniz Ozturk Yes, minor injuries that last for a long time are no good. We want to heal this up. I definitely reccommend no heavy activity on it and go get it looked at by a physician. They will be able to tell you if you should rest on it, rehab, and the best course of action.

      ***** What do you recommend ? I literally do not want to go to a gym again , I am 29 now and I used to be a professional squash player, the only time I looked really big and bulky was when I was 19 but I like being athletic more than big, most body weight routines made me look smaller , normally they are burnout workouts like tabata and all of that.

    Ultimate push-up training

  • @hurbit123
    @hurbit123 7 років тому +1

    for the 4th push up there is the variation, where you after the dog position and swing into the pushup and after the cobra position, - then you just reverse from cobra back into pushup and then dog again. Like a swing dog to cobra and back and always the pushup in between - once from the front and once from the back. This is used in Judo for strength training.
