I'm ready and must say I found you two just as you left and messaged you to bid you marvelous sailing and great joy as you passed us just starting the dream in Los Angeles ourselves. You have easily become one of the best sailing couples to watch. Great job, content and humor. My husband and I cant wait to join the numbers cruising ourselves. thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the candid road map.
Well done guys from escaping from those pesky bees. Good to see that you have not lost the ability to party especially after such a dry spell! x J and R
Those bees OMG! That party with the island looked fantastic. I rewinded a couple times laughing .... I was waiting for the mess at the end of the night but I am sure that did not get filmed LOL. Enjoy sailors~~~~~
How the heck do you guys keep creating better videos? Like???...what? Stellar again and again. I forgot, did you ever do a boat tour? Perhaps in the beginning, lol.
ahhh thanks Mike, so good to hear! we are saving the boat tour when we get into a marina for 2-3 weeks and have more time to do it. All this Sailing around is exhausting ha ha
Please forgive me if I missed it in a video (I know you touched on it a bit before) but, I don't think we have heard about your energy system aboard and your useage? How many flexible panels, brand too please, do you have and total watts? Controllers? And of course; batteries model and AH? What is your avg daily useage? How has their efficiency been in the SOC vs Cali, such as potential losses from high heat? If you had to do it again, would you do rigid over flexible? Lastly, because I think half the fun of cruising/having a boat is ability to travel with toys at anchor...what is one you hope to get? For me, sailing dinghies or kayaks are fantastic at anchor, especially if it can give you some cardio too (like the Hobie drive models). Enjoy guys and thanks for sharing and taking us along with you :D
i replied on your solar in the previous comment but sadly we have no toys!! we would live paddle boards but the space for storage is such an issue! we use toys of our friends when we can! ha ha
ha ha ha I nearly did too!! and btw those bees are now everywhere!! can't even do laundry in time before the swarm is there! how are you guys? back on the water yet?
We have been binge watching your videos. LOVE IT! Don’t know why you don’t have thousands of views. We plan to go to sea of Cortes in our new to us Selene trawler so your preview of what’s to come for us is invaluable. You guys are delightful. What’s driving my wife and I crazy is trying to figure out Peters’s accent! Ps check us out debbiebruceand2dogs travel. On you tube of course.
Hola, glad to hear you are enjoying the videos!! The best is yet to come when you start watching the later episodes of the Northern part of the sea!! Now...in terms of where Peter is from...the clue is in the name of the boat! :-) Hope you guess it this time. 😝

Question: what are those metal clamps used for? (attached to your pushpit rail, visible 12:10, just after the alcohol show and tell)
Tom, what resource do you use for knowing the reefs?
there was a page in our cruising guide book, but somehow stupidly we forgotten all about it!
Love your videos! curious how long the boat is? Beautiful
thanks a lot, glad you are enjoying them... 35 episodes to go! 😂😂
@@SailingBohemia Thanks! how many feet is your boat??
lol, sorry totally forgot to say.. 36 feet , Beneteau 361 from 2001
I would have abandoned ship the moment those bees showed up. I’d throw in the towel and let them have it lol
ha ha ha I nearly did too!! and btw those bees are now everywhere!! can't even do laundry in time before the swarm is there! how are you guys? back on the water yet?
Sailing Bohemia that is insane! We are back on the water, but still finishing up a few projects but we get moving! Hopefully we ready this week.
Alcohol is the answer!!!

13:00 You know who your true friends are when they don't need to be bribed by alcohol to come visit.
Alcoholics. smh
Live a little dear!
