    Hi. Could you direct me to some planning policy material? I’ve got first hand experience of London single unit residential value add flipping, but I need to better understand the planning permission requirements of London residential split conversions (house to flats). I’m looking to do a project in a couple of months very similar to your most most recent Instagram share. Thank you

      Aa Mohammed, depending on location your local authority planning guidelines can be found on their website. Additionally if you contact local architect they should definitely be able to provide overview. When it comes to creating lofts this is approved under a term known as "permitted development rights". Extensions have to be applied for. Creating flats is more dependent on location and policies councils may have.

      @@Montylondonproperty I’ve referred to relevant documents on LPA website but they’re all quite obscure. Contacting local architects is a very good idea. Do you by any chance refer to any third party online material for planning policies that you can recommend? Thank you

      @@shahjahanahmad3029 I usually refer to architects as service providers and generally have a good understanding based on locations we invest in. What area are you referring to and any specifics on existing and proposed thoughts..?
