    Just a tip - I use a corer to remove the seeds and pith before I slice the jalapenos in half.

    Seeds are hot and the pith are hot,

    Both seeds and white part is hot. You should wear glove's when handling hot pepper's.

    people thing the seeds are hot, they actually arent. the placenta is whats hot

    How long did you bake them for, my granddaughter says gramma we need those, she's 22 and loves those.

      Probably 35-40 minutes at 350F. I cook them until the cheese and bacon are brown and crispy. Sometimes I put them on the smoker at a lower temperature but for longer.
