Might be my favorite Kiseki OP
This entry probably has the highest Death Toll among the series that has been shown since Kuro 1..
Well, it _would_ have a death toll if it weren't for those deaths all getting undone via time travel.
More characters actually kicked the bucked in Kuro 1. Far as I can remember nobody dies permanently in this one
just finished the final battle with this song playing. Falcom really know how to use their music to hype up the players

Love the energy in this track; the relentless drums in the chorus and the Sonic-esque synth underlying the vocals in the pre-chorus really give this feeling of speed and energy. This is tied with Sen IV for my favourite opening in the series.

Well that last part took me by surprise, it isn't used in the boss version.
Probably because the last part just wouldn't work with looping the song continuously for the final boss fight.

Can someone explain in a spoiler free way, where all the disappointment is coming from?
Basically due to kuro 2 mostly kuro as a whole plot device's power being used in a boring way. That's all I will say.

@@Omnibus4EveryoneKuro 1 is my favorite Trails game of all time tbh. If you don't mind playing side quest, you will love it.
Kuro 2 is okay, not the best but also not the worst imo. At least the finale is great. This maybe a hot take if I enjoy Kuro 2 lol. You need to low your expectation on this game if you don't want being ended up dissapointed like the other people

It was fantastic at least imo what are you on about? Why is it that you people just cannot be pleased no matter what it is like seriously what are you expecting a soap opera? It is fine and great for what it is and what it's worth.
Even as a kiseki fan I am also saying this game sucked big story wise reason 7th gensis power to re do everything. The intro was badass Van and Elaine getting killed then redo everything. But, then whenever bad things happened we will redo it wtf.... not to mention the boss nah he is a fucking coward and weak what a piece of lame boss that garden master wannabe was. Lastly the ost is a mess literal mess no not because of Singa or stuff just weird. Good things marchen garden and some cutscenes especially the fight between arkride members and Kashim vs Shizuna and guaran.
Yeah, it wasn't awful but compared to kuro 1 it was meh. Especially with them splitting the acts into the side a/b crap.

How is it out of place? It's repeating the same melody but with a violin instead? That's a traditional Falcom composition...
@@platinummad4701The problem is there is nothing that leads to it, no transition, it just suddenly appears at the very end of a mostly unrelated song melody wise.
In short, the section is out of place in the song as a whole. If this Singa (or Falcom) wants to establish this as an important motif to the Calvard arc, it should holds more prominent in the song instead of an afterthought at the very end. (Some example: any song with Erebonia motif, Eryn's theme, Zero's final boss theme,...all of them have their arc/game's motif intergrated in much more naturally)

5/10 as a giant fan of singa openings( no end no world is my favorite opening that was done by him) this song has disappointed me

I am actually a big singa fan and really like his pre-kuro songs they are pretty good(like all the works he did for ys 8) cold steel 4,ys 9 and hajimari had his best songs in my opinion

The chorus does have a similar (almost the same) melody. FMA brotherhood ending 4 is by far my favorite of that show, and has beeen a staple in my playlist since FMAB aired.
That being said, I just can't see the entire song from Crimon Sin as a rip-off. Having overlap in styles and melodies isn't just commmon in all music everywhere, all the time, but especially in anime and jrpgs.
I also feel like the actual melody and the rest of the song to do enough on their own. Whether you like what the song is doing, is another thing entirely, of course.
Nah it's just a couple of notes, with a high note followed up by a lower note then back to the high note then back to a low note, it happens all the time
By that logic every song that goes 3 consecutively increasing notes (like Do Re Mi, Mi Fa Sol, Fa Sol La) is a rip-off of each other
You can't just take a few notes to say a certain song ripping off another song.
The vibe alone is already night and day different, the only similarity is like 2%, maybe 3% max, even if it 10% similar it's still not a rip-off
Snowflakes like you do be sensitive to nitpicking unnecessary craps like that
