Frostbite is one of my favorite songs from this amazing mod, it was really fun making a remix of it, It took me much more than a week to finish this for y'all, so i hope you like it

I'm usually not emotional with Fnf mod songs, but that solo Blake had at 2:40 nearly made me cry from how well the vocals were conducted. Jolly good job.

The original song gave a feeling of hopelessness, but this song gives a feeling of danger. It's very interesting.
This remix is really great, the hopeless tone and desperation of trying to survive knowing your only heat source is your Pokémon whose bound to die as you use up its flame charges to heat up your body in a struggle but also knowing death is creeping up slowly as the harsh cold blizzard’s winds slowly bringing you down to fall into the snow and die a cold death. In the white blanket stained with crimson, the also nice small faint detail of the poisoned sound effect too, I’ve been on this ride since your impaled song and I’m glad I joined this caravan, this and that song deserve a place in my song shelve for sure (I also noticed a small monochrome vocal hint too, despair starting to come in, other than my thoughts on the overall tone of the song considering I like songs that sound so sad and desperate, a useless and fatal struggle to survive with fragile will. I’m glad I chose to stay on this ride and shall continue doing so, keep those remixes fresh hot out of the oven mate, do remember to take breaks whenever exhausted, we all aren’t bots after all (on a minor note, I guess I wouldn’t say fresh hot, more like blizzard cold lol, jokes aside, this remix really is just a chef’s kiss with like 10 cherries on top somehow but yeah, love this remix)
2:15 Monochrome reference that I don’t remember hearing in the OG. This is so sad sounding yet very pretty, I love it~
I feel like the Monochrome reference and gold's solo at the end are meant to be an auditory representation of the final moments of frostbite, where your body starts to feel warm out of nowhere, like your sitting in front of a warm fire.

Golds solo makes me imagine that, having fallen to the ground, he knows he lost, and he is about to die, but in a last ditch effort for....something, he reaches his hand out for red, and red responds in kind, by shaking his hand, as if to say, "you fought well, now you may rest"
I also like to imagine that an emergency rescue helicopter was dispatched to mount silver to get gold off the mountain, but in the end, it wouldn't have mattered, because even if they did rescue him, he would have bled out on the way back to the hospital.
I like to imagine It gets there and red just shakes his head to the pilot, as if to say "your too late, he's already gone"

I swear I start to hear the new bark town motif at 2:40. If it is, then it really amplifies that this is pretty much Gold's/Blake's last few moments which makes the song all the more tragic. Fighting red and becoming a Pokémon master isn't even his goal at this point. He just wants to go home.

This could fit a sad and desperate hopeless sounding Mt Silver battle, realizing your only Pokémon is going to die due to using it, plus, the already dead Kanto champion has (if I remember correctly) 6 Pokémon slots full, but they all die eventually but the Pikachu (or Freakachu) is the one that takes Typhlosion down with it with destiny bond, in the end this battle is going to lead to you and your Pokémon’s death, the original Mt Silver battle theme is more championship upbeat (I assume) type, a challenge that you know very where you’ll be able to beat, one to feel proud of once you beat it and having the feeling of accomplishment knowing you’ll soon beat Kanto’s champion, this? This is otherwise, your cold, freezing, frostbite, all your Pokémon died except for your Typhlosion that’s been with you from the start, *your starter.* You know you might make it out of this battle with just *one Pokémon on the verge of dying.* It’s all going to be a lost cause in the end yet you choose to persevere in the end blinded by hope of eventually making it out of this blizzard on Mt Silver’s top. (By your, you can imagine this being from the pov of Gold/Blake, whoever you refer the Snow on Mt Silver gold)

Sounds weirdly upbeat to me for some reason, I like it.
Maybe this was an alternate universe where Angie's brother decided not to hack his team when he realized his starter was a shiny Cyndaquil, which (for some reason) led Gold to take greater care of his Pokémon on the trail up to Mount Silver's peak, lending him just a little more strength. Maybe Celebi, sensing that Gold had worked to reach that far rather than cheating, decides to spare Gold and not use Perish Song.
Was it enough? ...Perhaps. Perhaps not.

Let me take the time to say this is truly amazing! I'm a musician and even I think this was amazing on how well u put this together! If I could ever play this on my real instruments I would be honoured honestly. It's well put out and it's telling their story without holding back. Red and Gold r truly insync and I find that breathtaking. Maybe it's just me but I think u have absolute talent 🐱

i listened for the first 32 seconds and thought it was a christmas carol-
Ya know, I've had this idea for a Frostbite "H" remix for a while now.
The story would be almost the same, except Blake wouldn't have a Tyhplosion, but a Quillava. For some reason, his Quillava never evolved. But Blake still became the champion regardless.
The song would be even harder, feeling more hopeless than the original. The heat mechanic being very tricky to work with, mess it up once and it's over. Don't screw up.
Red would actively try to sing over Blake, trying to drown out his voice. Red would even take 1 or 2 of Blake's turns. Blake can't do much to fight back, even less so then the original.
However, a good bit after Freakachu appears, Blake's Quillava would somehow find the strength to defeat this abomination of a pokemon. And they would finally evolve.
Due to being surrounded by death, Quillava wouldn't evolve into a pure fire type form, but rather a form with the typing of fire and ghost. I called this Frostbite "H" remix after all.
The power of evolution would reignite the life in not only the pokemon, but their trainer as well. They can win, they can live, but their not out of the storm yet. The song would ramp up in difficulty, as well as the storm. As if the damn song wasnt hard enough. And in Freakachu's sted, that damn Celibi appears, this isn't gonna be so easy is it. But the song would give a small feeling of hope, survival- no, FREEDOM is almost within your grasp, now fight with everything you have to earn it.
The heat mechanic wouldn't be too much of an issue now due to the newly evolved Tyhplosion, their fire burning brighter then ever. But there would now be ice notes that you would have to avoid, dropping the temperature when hit. Even for pro players, you shouldn't forget about the heat mechanic entirely, lest the cold creep on you.
In this reignited struggle for survival, Tyhplosion would now sing alongside Blake, harmonizing with their trainer, they are partners after all. Clelibi would also song alsongside Red. Although those two wouldn't harmonize as well.
The song would continue as Red himself falls, leaving only Celibi. You got this, you two are almost there. The small flicker of hope has grown into a raging inferno, freedom is within your grasp, take it.
Blake and Tyhplosion would sing with everything they got to defeat the monster before them. Said monster pushing back with everything it has as well. But not even a monster with time as its plaything can last forever.
After the song concludes, there would be one final shot of Blake, now with a prosthetics replacing his lost limbs. Alongside Tyhplosion, his partner, his best friend.
Live your life, live it well.
You earned it.

I have to say, I like this song overall, but I don't really like the cut-off at 1:20. I sincerely prefered the original duet which built up the drop, revealing Red's decaying body. Great job anyway, this song is fire. That other detail is purely my opinion.

the impact at that part in the original was so good, it's a good way of making the song progress further, and makes the song feel much more special. like an event to look forward to. you listen to frostbite, and you go "oh boy here it comes!!!"
this one just... doesn't hit that hard? pikachu's scream feels irrelevant, there is no pause, no suspense, the song remains mostly the same throughout the video... that whole section was just replaced with a repetitive loop that only comes after 15 seconds of vocal silence, with an instrumental that remains stale throughout.
besides that, still a pretty good remix, and i still liked it
