Dolly Parton becomes Kentucky's newest Colonel

Kentucky governor Andy Beshear gave Dolly Parton the highest civilian honor the state can give to music legend Dolly Parton. Parton was in Kentucky to celebrate the expansion of her Imagination Library to cover the entire state. #dollyparton #kentucky #colonel
