- In today's video, I'm showing you how good Limina maps can be without a totem! If you've ran out of your totems for the month but you want to continue making gains, why not train in Limina with no totem?
In 2-5, I can make some great rates off totem without much effort. It's no wonder why this is one of the most popular maps in KMS! Players in KMS grind in Limina for mesos and droplets just like we do in GMS, but we have the added bonus of also obtaining familiar cards.
I believe that this map can work for any class because of how simple the layout is. Plus, if you're doing it without a totem, the rotations become even lazier. Even if you're not a Shadower, this is definitely the place to be to make great rates.

I'm completely new to meso farming, currently I just have my main level 230 and my bossing mule as a night lord 225 which.. I'm not sure i can farm with very well.
I would like to fund a meso farmer but i'm not sure which class would be most efficient, these videos are all about Shadower which makes me tempted to make one.
What classes do you believe are the absolute best for meso farming? (except kanna)
Your main character should be your meso farmer, the reason for this is because as you get higher level, you will start earning significantly more mesos, compared to a mid-level meso mule. You also don't need to fund another character or train their symbols. Just focus on 1 main char and get that as high as possible and do dailies when u can on it, and maybe some 210-220 boss mules to clear 3-4 door CRA each week, which is very easy once u are around 10k stat with some nodes. Also another big thing is training up your main to a high lvl gets u ALOT more nodes which u can eventually use on mules, increasing their power by a ton.
I agree with what Curse said. You should prioritize farming meso on your main character, even if you have to do it off-totem. Night lord is a great farmer and can farm mesos off totem just like Shadower. I would only consider making a Shadower farming if you (1) like the class or (2) want to make better rates off totem and you absolutely do not want to train your night lord without a totem at all. But, if you don't mind farming on night lord off totem, then just farm mesos on that character. I'm going to make a Night Lord farming video on my channel this week :)
Can u do a video explaining how to achieve lvl 10 on crafting to get the shield (secondary for shads). Still cant find an easy way to craft it.
Thanks for the suggestion. I'll consider it! I think for the meantime what you can do is just craft a bunch of arrows and whatever gives you mastery. There's no right way to do it, you just have to do it.
how much range needed to 1 shot with ME here? im considering making a farmer but i don't know if i could afford the project if it requires multiple high starred equipment.
The thing is, for this map, you don't need meso explosion at all. All you need to have one-shotting is Cruel Stab. You can be very weak and still farm this map :)
Hey man I am shadower from sea server. May I know what buff or pot u using to reach up about 40m in 6 mins? Do u use any meso obtain item? Sea server do not have totem so I will farm just as usual but I can only get about 2m+ in 6 mins.
In this video I was not using any buffs, but when I train I try to always use Wealth Acquisition Potion and Legion Wealth coupons. The reason why I am getting more meso than you is because I play in the Reboot server. GMS Reboot has 6x meso rates than regular servers. Unfortunately, MapleSea does not have Reboot, so the meso rates you see in my videos will differ. Instead of comparing my meso rates to yours, I would compare your mob kill rate. That should help you determine if you are farming as efficiently as I am in the videos. Take care!
@@MapleBinch oh ya diff meso rate. With 2 coins for one Ammon at limen, I manage to get about 1.4k kill in 6 mins. Is this rate looking good ?

I farmed off totem here to buy my vac pet on my dark knight. this map is an easy full clear for basically any class

2-5 has higher mob spawn by 1 mob, so the rates between both maps are not too far off. Just go to the one you prefer. Both are lootable without vac pet 100%.

This is outdated now as everyone and their grandmothers are farming at 2-5. With the new changes to Erda Fountain, 2-3 is a very good alternative. 31 mob count, Dark Flare and Erda Fountain takes care of both top left and top right platforms. You just stand in the middle Cruel Stabbing left and right.

I'd appreciate it if you could also test rates without a vac pet, because they're pretty much irrelevant to everyone else.
because 2 - 5 is such a small map without too many inconvenient plats the meso rates should be the same if not a 3 - 5% difference, off totem farming u have more time between waves as well so you wouldn't lose out on meso really
I agree with what Tiger said 100%. The rates should be the same if you put effort into looting. If you put no effort into looting, your rates will be lower. But in this map, it's 100% full clearable and fully lootable.

Meso farming rates are pretty bad pre 220.
Personally, I started off farmed weekly and daily bosses with main and mules, ursus, and maple tour. Once I hit 220 I pretty much just farmed meso wherever I was training at.

It’s also very important to note that being able to 1 shot is very important. Also, making dr and meso gear is very important. You need over 60% dr to Guarantee meso from every kill (dr familiar does not apply to that)
I have a video of me training in Chu Chu island on my channel. You can start training there at level 210. I also have videos for Lachelein (lvl 220), and Arcana (lvl 225).

I’m not 100% sure, but I think mob spawn is different in KMS vs GMS. I think in KMS, mobs spawn individually while in GMS, they spawn in waves.
The spawn mechanics are exactly the same in both servers. KMS mobs spawn in waves as well. I looked at a KMS video for 2-5 and my battle analysis was pretty much around the same as theirs.

HMMM... for non-vac pet, I'd recommend LH2. You can probably get a little more mob kills per hour in that map than 2-5. LH2 is super easy to farm and loot :)
