i literally just dusted my toilet & scrubbed the toekick under my kitchen sink because of the vibe you bring. you show the stuff we dont wanna do & make it look cool.
14:00 I make piles of dirt with my broom too, then vacuum the piles. I got into this habit because my vacuum cleaner has so little battery, I could never hope to do a whole room before I need to leave it to charge for another 7 hours… Also, I find that vacuum cleaners tend to not have enough suction power and do a sloppy job. All that electricity used up, and for what? AND! it’s easier to clean a broom: just vacuum it a little after each use, pick off the hairs wound around the bristles, and if it really needs washing just unscrew the head and leave it in a bucket of warm soapy water for a while. Whereas vacuum cleaners have all those little parts, esp. in the head with the roller… i tried cleaning that once, but I’m not up for taking it apart every time my damn hair gets rolled up in there. The small nozzle is all I need.
I spent the week cleaning other peoples home including my own all while rearranging and decorating.. and now I choose to spend my time relaxing watching more cleaning videos 😭😂

I find myself just accumulating a lot of knowledge from various resources. Learning and unlearning a lot of things I thought I knew :))
a lot of its just lived experience/ preferences ive established because i hate spending money on un-fun adult things and couldnt find the motivation thus find little ways to make it a game to feel accomplished. Social media helps as well because someone may introduce you to a different perspective. If youre looking for exposure to new tricks and techniques, tiktok is definitely that girl! I started using a bin system after seeing a mom share a video where intead of telling her kids to clean their rooms (stuff scattered everywhere) she’d just put everything in a box and tell them to put away the stuff inside. For her it was an easy way to have her children actually participate because the request was reduced to a single task. So I adopted that method but made it specific to my needs by adding multiple containers to compartmentalize my belongings then immediately move them to their designated areas to put away at my discretion. This way i actually clear clutter to even get to the surfaces i need to clean because unfortunately “cleaning” used to always be a vicious cycle of getting started but ultimately making more of a mess and never achieving an end goal.
This is my encouragement to put away the laundry i did 2 days ago... I'll switch out the seasonals next week 😂 great job as always , stalk you later 👋🏼 Ps, what have you been cooking 👀
@@abetweene Braces suck happy I never needed them , I had a gap that the dentist closed with caps . I was kinda upset about it. I've been cooking lots of things that last more than a day myself. I keep so many things on my plate for others and put myself last.

I’m not sure if you mentioned this but have you tried a small amount of grapeseed oil or coconut oil on the stainless steel? It’s helped me a lot to prevent fingerprints & minimized the look of scratches. I prefer coconut oil but I heard grapeseed oil works too
aww thank u and yes! avocado or grapeseed cause the stainless steel on the fridge is a different type or grade than the dishwasher and it streaks no matter what, lol. thanks for reminding me.

I also have the “I’ll get the dustpan later“ urges, but it never works for long because I get so continuously irritated that it’s just THERE until I finally do clean it up. ADHD and perfectionism is an exhausting combo 😂

love that for you. I would think so since it catches chlorine and stuff that would otherwise be kinda harsh on your skin/hair, but from my understanding minerals are what make water hard, and while it does filter some Im not certain if it removes all.

First of all I love watching your content but also if you remove the waxes from the floor and it still gets dusty, super fast, it might be because the walls need to be cleaned because a lot of apartment complexes won’t clean the walls in between people so who knows when they were last cleaned
i want to try the baking soda and vinegar trick for a clogged sink (if i ever get one); however, i assume the pressure of this reaction is not that strong but could potentially doing this and clogging all of the sink surfaces for too long cause a pipe to expand or burst ?

Its strong enough, u may have to repeat more than once if unsuccessful the first time, but i dont think it would pose a threat of causing damage.
