- So today we sort all of the nasty interior damaged out on the ML 164 Mercedes,seats carpets steering wheel and make it look proper posh after a few electrical problems....

There was a time when I read about a secret Renault warehouse somewhere in France that had NOS parts dating back to the Dauphine! I imagine the accountants took a dim view of that and nothing like that exists now
LT35 2.5 TDI timing belt yes please! A man kinda has one of those that needs that done. Would be a great help to have a video of someone that actually knows what they are doing explaining the process :)
Another good one lads, the ml coming along nicely and looking well! I do like a bit of fabrication so defo interested in the camper! Looks challenging and I’m guessing with lots of cups of tea n cussing along the way u will see it right. Happy birthday fudge!

Personally I'd love to see some more work on the Golf, whatever you do, I'll be tuned in or switched on,I did want to put turned on, but that doesn't sound appropriate, lol. Keep the videos coming chaps, quite happy to see anything your working on and I have a 1992 Daihatsu Fourtrak myself.
Luckily after cleaning and re-painting the underneath I only needed a small plate welding on the o/side rear wheel arch.
A really useful truck though and I've had it for over 4 years now, definitely a keeper along with my other vehicles, 2004 350Z which I've had for 8 years and a 1961 TR4 & 1966 A35 Van which I've had for 35 & 26 years respectively.

Do these have the PCV in the back of the left hand head? I've read that many people change the turbo because they believe that they are leaking oil and that drips on to the Swirl flap motor, when in fact it's a broken PCV that forces the oil through the rubber pipes and then drips out of the large orange seal onto the swirl flap motor. What are your thoughts on ther resistor mod on the swirl flap motor? I'm a big fan of the OM642 engines and wish that more people would know how to look after them properly like yourselves. Love the channel guys.........

Did my first ever throttle body on a Mercedes sprinter 313 with the engine of doom and it was an ABSOLUTE pain in the bum. What an absolutely stupid place to put it. Also the 06 Mercedes Benz S class standard 19 inch wheels I think I could be wrong they are r available Al if u want them. They r the Amg wheels forgot to mention.

It actually belong to Simon our recovery guy, he runs a fleet of iveco’s. We’ve just done a daily major engine overhaul, timing chains, rockers followers and a set of injectors. I can ask he can only say no lol 👍
