love all the off piste stuff around cannock, just bit sketchy going on solo rides with lots of people having their bikes nicked. saw it happen few months back at birches valley car park in the middle of the day on a saturday.
Insure your bike and enjoy it. Unfortunately those kind of things can happen anywhere, I've been on plenty of solo rides over there and seen nothing of the sort. Unfortunately you get the odd thing happen and the news spreads like wildfire
I just see other UA-camrs keeping locations of off piste trails off social media and strava to stop them being over used and destroyed by local authorities? I’m not a UA-camr, trail builder or local authority, just a viewer asking a question.
@deanallan48 off piste trails at Cannock are destroyed only during harvesting, that's inevitable. I never tell people on social media location of trails,it took me fair amount of time and effort to find out of them, meet locals builders etc so I won't give that knowledge to "lazy" people, but I never say no if I am asked to show around.
New subscriber due to this great video, 1st 2 tracks looked awesome! Need to get back down to Cannock and have more of an explore for this stuff.
Thanks! I really appreciate that. Yeah there’s so much stuff to ride now!!! You could go for a week and still not ride all of it haha

Ah man that’s rubbish! I’ve never seen anything happen luckily.

@@mattlittlehales4913 very true! Unfortunately you never heard of all the good stuff that happens… but the bad stuff spreads like crazy 😓
What car park you starting from there mate? Penkridge Bank? Loving the videos 🙌🏼
Tackeroo carpark. Thanks for the support!
Nice work 👍
Thanks man!!!
I've had some of the best solo rides 👌
Sometimes they are just what you need without realising haha. Really enjoyed this one👌🏼
That thing is a snood
Where can I find this Off piste ? Is this part of Monkey Trail (between Lower cliff and upper cliff) ?
This stuff I’m riding here is on the opposite side of the chase! I’m not actually sure what they call this area.
I think i found it in the map bro , where did you park if you dont mind ?
You got a washing machine motor in that bud 😁
😂😂😂. Shimano ep801. Makes a racket trying to pull my fat ass up everywhere😂
@@lewisbrown123 🤣🤣
No way you did that vertical part at 1600!!!
Haha it’s much more chill than it looks 😂
@lewisbrown123 it's just intimidating than the bambi drop. Have you done the right exit that big drop?
@@aliens1990990 yeah I’ve ridden them all on that little side. They’re all about the same in all honesty, as long as you’re confident you’ll be fine.
What lid you wearing pal?
It’s a Giro Montaro. Haven’t had it long but mega impressed!
@lewisbrown123 good enough for a go pro under the peak?
@@MTB_Trekker it has a mount built in on top of the helmet. One of the reasons why I got it. But you could definitely get one under the peak
@@lewisbrown123 cheers buddy
Not the best idea advertising off piste?
The chase is a huge place and these tracks could be absolutely anywhere.
Why,locals want people to ride those trails and FC knows where they are anyway.
@@pytek23 exactly! I know a few of the trail builders and they love it when people are riding their trails and loving them. They get stoked on it.
