Да, да, понял это Ростов на Дону. Набережная реки Дон. Столица донского казачества. Нормально. Люди особые. Очень вспыльчивые... А ведь есть ещё Ростов Великий. Очень старый город. Там колыбель северо-западной России. А многие казаки не считают себя русскими. Не важно как они считают. Они часть русского этноса (субэтнос). Говорят и думают по русски. Со своим диалектом. Автору лайк.

На набережной в Ростове нужно вообще убрать автодорогу и сделать на всём протяжении пешеходной. Естественно благоустроив её по высшему разряду... Только без ресторанов и ночных клубов. Отдать эту часть Ростова семьям с детьми, спортсменам и влюблённым...
