Thank you for the teardown. My Stockwell II cannot take a charge. If I plug a 30W power adapter it sometimes comes on, but I cannot play the volume over halfway. If I do it screeches and then cuts off.
It does not switch on at all if not plugged into the mains.
In your opinion do you think the battery is dead? If so I will try to find a replacement battery

This is exactly the reason of why I don't buy Bluetooth speakers with no AC out anymore. Once the battery is dead its game over.
It sucks, because the Stockwell 2 sounds amazing though

@@MrBarclonista I was very lucky as I was in the last month of my warranty. So I sent it in to Marshall and they replaced it with a new one. This one has been running fine thankfully since then. I'm happy since they're so expensive nowadays.
Is yours still under warranty? All you would need is to show the purchase on your account statement

You need 3 cell batteries to replace them - thank you
