Great video, very informative! Thank you for taking so much time over the year to show all the different stages!!
Thank you for sharing and taking the time to show us the whole process!! I tried propagating in sphagnum moss in the past and it didn't go well, hopefully I can try this method with my plants! Cheers, and happy growing!
Will you show us what to do after we get roots? Would these be best planted in bark or continue in water?
I'm trying thus method because my orchid died because of a rotting and the stem is the only alive par left. I did it months ago ad i'm still waiting. Hoping for the best
Hiiii ! Did anything happen with your stem cutting? 😊
Heyy still waiting lol 😭
At least It's green and healthy
How about now? 😄 you have new orchids now right?
@@KingLipz no 😭
Thanks for this video. Can you cut the long part of the stem off after propagation so it fits better into a pot ?
From 2:02 to 2:05 the number of stems goes from 1 to 2 and the water bottle changes. What happened there?
What the room temperature.??
How often were you changing the water?
It’s very frustrating when people who post videos like this don’t answer questions. I watched a different UA-cam video about this topic and they suggested changing the water at a minimum of once a week. I’m definitely going to try this with some of my phal spikes. Best of luck to you! 🌸
Sorry for the delay, I don't change the water often enough. For water-cultured orchids, it's recommended to change the water every week.
It looks dead at the end.
